    IMO - do not forget the inquiry remains ongoing. - patently the release of inquiry related information would need to be held 'closed' until such time someone was sentenced for any crime. And then would only be released if deemed to be in the public interest. Redaction often fulfills the need...

    I'm not sure I want to be known as a lurker so let's just say I've been watching for a while!! For a definition of 'operationally sensitive' you need to refer to the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000 (UK), where various examples are listed under 'Exceptions' for release of information...
