Can someone help me locate some info that I know I’ve read somewhere? I know that I saw it reported or stated somewhere that when Allen left Racetrack, he went through the Church’s parking lot (which adjoins each other) to exit. TIA.
As far as the endangered status, I think that happened as a result of the car being found where it was, what might have been found in that car (evidence residue) and the fact Alan appears to be on all accounts a solid and stable.

A Sargent said they upgraded the search after speaking to family. I wonder if the family uncovered new evidence? To me, this is interesting.

I agree with everything you stated. We are on the same page.
Some have eluded to the spree killer recently taken into custody. His MO was completely different. He killed or shot people at random, not left the victims where he found them.
A car jacker very rarely, if ever, takes the victim with...
I’m not doubting there’s evidence. I know that the Niece mentioned the seats being wet, but I’m wondering if that wasn’t from a sunroof or windows being open. I guess my comment to the other member was that we don’t know that there is or is no evidence, but I’m assuming there may be.
Agree with all of this. When I also did a Google Street View of the alley, it didn’t seem that the alley for those homes provided car entrances to the homes or driveways. It looked to be walk thru gates only.
The reporters have probably been advised that they can’t answer questions or the family may not be aware of the case details. Also, I never saw anything stated that said there was no evidence found in the vehicle, just that there were no signs of violence.
I’m pretty certain it’s from the dealership and it was backed into the space. The media released the location (crossroads), but we still don’t have an exact location.
The picture of the Macan that media released after it was found was not from the place it was actually found. It was a pic of a macan in a Porsche dealership parking lot from what I could tell.
I’m thinking Alan was extremely punctual, responsible and it was unlike him to not respond/answer calls and miss meetings. It’s probably just a situation of this being out of character.
They had a court date the following week and she filed a motion that the judge granted stating that he had to supply all financials for his business. He had been deceitful with previous records. I’m thinking (possibly) he may have been doing some shady business dealings.
I totally agree with you. The first thing I thought of when I heard the 911 call was drugs. It reminded me so much of those two college students that were on meth, called 911 in a delusional state and died due to the elements.
He just sounded so disoriented and out of it. He wasnt making...
Exactly. My point is that, with there being a law that constitutes the right to dispute bail, this may be an argument for the legal defense. The judge may not grant it, but it gives them grounds for dispute. They Are entitled to request a lower bail, at minimum. I doubt they will get it.
Ahhhhh. Ok. I thought you were discussing the charge being murder.
Plea deals are actually negotiated between DA and defense lawyer. If that doesn’t work, they will go to trial and in the case the defendant is found guilty, a judge decides the terms.
