SBM
I could find nothing on the web about this medical treatment - apart from the Parisien article - and as you said there were no mentions of medical urgency. Maybe a medication to manage cholesterol (not immediately life threatening) or something similar?
Justice is seldom in a hurry in France  Even if this were a clear cut case with NL admitting he voluntarily killed Arthur and Maëlys you could wait 2 or 3 years before the jury trial. As he says the deaths were accidental + there might be other cases.... the investigators will try to...
SBM
NL was a drug dealer, so it is likely that he had access to drugs such as GHB. It is easy to imagine the drug hidden in a sweet or a chewing gum and given to Arthur or Maëlys, or to a casual acquaintance for a possible other victim. To Eric, on a parking... not so much.

The investigators found in NL's address book the name of a relative of Eric Foray (Julien Foray). It might be a link - or just a coincidence...
There are probably a few nuggets of truth in that load of bovine manure though. I believe him when he says that Maëlys started screaming and he violently hit her.

NL said that he wanted to show his dogs to Maëlys, then in his car she suddenly wanted to go back and started screaming, so to...
Again on BFM TV:
During the hearing on 29 March NL spontaneously admitted that he gave a lift to Arthur who was very drunk (très alcoolisé). A fight erupted (BFM says that so far it is unknown if in the car or out), and NL violently punched Arthur who fell and died. Then NL transported Arthur...

It seems that during last hearing NL spontaneously admitted he killed Arthur, without being confronted with a proof this time. He said it was "a violent and...

One ex GF of NL explains how she filed a complaint one month before Maëlys disappeared:
She became his GF in May 2015, and because...
Such weapons might be useful to fight off a hord of zombies though. That about the only legitimate use I can think of, but still.
(a rottenness of zombies? a brain-eating of zombies? never mind)
I think that until recently, he thought he could get away with the benefit of the doubt, so it was his interest to denie everything.
Then he was confronted with Maëlys blood, so he concocted a story about an accidental death, which could have resulted in a few years in jail only.
Then he...
1) I am not familiar with your constitution. Does your 1st amendment mean that once proferred, an opinion can't be challenged?
2) She accused him of whining about college rejections. Imoo it doesn't sound like an opinion but an ad hominem attack.
Stephen Paddock had worked so efficiently in his life that he was a millionnaire, and afaik took no psychotropic drugs. There was nothing to prevent him buying 40+ guns and assorted ammunitions.
NL admitted he killed Arthur Noyer.
