Thanks Lezah. That makes sense and definitely sends a message that it's not about the money. In a wrongful death trial you have to show the monetary support the survivor is missing due to the death so if that's what RZ was sending, that seems proper. I am on the edge of my seat with this one...

It can be used as demonstrative evidence only. The jury will be instructed that it is there to help them interpret other evidence but it is not itself evidence. Hope that helps. It is the same for graphics that attorneys show during closing arguments. They aren't usually admitted into evidence.
