SIM - you beat me to it. I had never heard of this site (dirty.com) and was pretty disgusted by what I saw there, so I wrote a dissertation defending posting the link. Since I spent a few minutes writing is, I hope you don't mind if I go ahead and post it. :)
Hmm, it sure looks like Candy thought Tim was in love with her. (How awful for the Romans if this is how they found out! Or either way, really)

I think the maiden name is misspelled - it's actually Devall, not Duvall:

Charges were dropped and a 36 year old man was convicted with DNA evidence. Chicago paid out millions to the boys.

By that logic, all indictments and trials should be kept secret -- after all, by charging someone of a crime, LE is stating that they believe the person is guilty and that they plan to prove it.
(think Guantanamo)
Well, an obvious difference could be bias toward a the party that's paying -- I sort of thought that's what Dr Gould meant when he said he was "advocating" for BC. What do you think? Have you heard that term used by expert witnesses ("advocating" for or against a side)?

Under cross examination, Dr. Gould admitted that it he was advocating for Brad Cooper, it would be “quite extraordinary” to only interview one other person, much less someone in [Scott]...

This is just a small point, but are we sure that Nancy's Louis Vuitton purse was really $1200? I know Brad says in item 73 of his first affadavit that "Last Christmas, she [Nancy] purchased a $1,200.00 Louis Vuitton laptop case for me, but I asked her to return it." Did I miss it when Nancy's...
I know I could easily do this on my home computer - program the modem to dial a certain number (e.g. Brad's cell) at a certain time from my home line and then leave the house. Can you explain why that is impossible? If your point is that it doesn't work with a Cisco VOIP system, remember that...
It seems that the FLDSers have historically been very reluctant to testify under oath - I wonder if the committee just can't find anyone willing to? If I were pushing for an investigation, I would welcome the chance to finally get them to say something "on the record."
