GUILTY MS - Amanda Price, 31, murdered at her New Albany home, 5 Dec 2011

I'm stubborn like that too. I only begrudgingly admitted to egg on my face because it still doesn't add up to me. But unless/until something more concrete comes along, I'll just have to chill out. Also, Saturday night I was at a party & was sitting at the same table as a cop here in town...

GUILTY MS - Amanda Price, 31, murdered at her New Albany home, 5 Dec 2011

Well, egg on my face. I suppose I owe Coach an apology, seems as if it was just a random robbery. While it still seems suspicious, I'm glad that Amanda didn't spend her last few seconds wondering why her husband was killing her...

GUILTY MS - Amanda Price, 31, murdered at her New Albany home, 5 Dec 2011

One thing that has been consistently reported is that Amanda was such a loving, caring person and that she was like a mother to the football players. So I have a hard time believing they would kill her for no reason (hadn't technically broken in, wearing masks, etc). Maybe Coach convinced them...

No, none of this adds up. They'd be better off keeping their mouths shut (as frustrating as that is) because it is starting to sound like they are just making it up as they fumble their way thru this.:waitasec:

Exactly. Their house would have those type doors, it's a very nice house and seems new. That's why I was having a hard time believing it in previous posts. But then again, I've never been through a glass door so what do I know.

 Bravo!! And he can't be even a regular Ninja, he's Coach Ninja. His only rival at this point is Chuck Norris.

Pretty much what I thought, no news = no news. Thanks for the link Brenda! I'm glad that MBI is involved, maybe they won't be as impressed with the perfect coach & will be able to be objective. And I know I just made that snarky comment about the coach so I am taking this time to remind...

Well that makes some sense, falling thru after being shot. Still don't know how it would be possible, even dead weight but I'll keep an open mind about it.

So dramatic, "diving" thru the door. Wouldn't it be a helluva lot easier to open it? Impossible to bust through it the first time, if at all.

And is that even remotely possible? I'm sure coach is a pretty strong fellow but come on!! Those things are VERY hard to break even with something. And their house is new-ish, so I'm sure their glass door is state of the art.

Since he's the only surviving victim, his version or "story" is all we have to go by. The "logic" is that how could he possibly be behind it, when he too was shot? But getting grazed in the shoulder, while I'm sure it hurt, is no big deal compared to where she was shot.

Thank you so much for that link Brenda, I will definitely be doing some reading & discussion there!! Clucian, I am waiting for the same thing to come out. Or a bombshell about a hefty insurance policy. Like you, they could be the couple in that small percentage that it was just random and...

GUILTY MS - Amanda Price, 31, murdered at her New Albany home, 5 Dec 2011

I think the people that orchestrate such believe it somehow gives cred to their story. But when one person is killed and the other barely nicked, it backfires IMO. I guess they feel confident the shooter won't kill them because they've gotta get paid for their services afterwards. This is...

GUILTY MS - Amanda Price, 31, murdered at her New Albany home, 5 Dec 2011

Again BrendaStarr, well said. Esp the part about LE stating how they "know for a fact" that the husband is totally in the clear. That makes them sound so unprofessional and small-minded and incompetent. I am hoping they are saying that when in actuality they are going over everything about...

GUILTY MS - Amanda Price, 31, murdered at her New Albany home, 5 Dec 2011

Exactly Joe, it was the alleged burgler being masked and in the yard that makes this not make any sense to me. I was willing to go buy the shooting, even after my initial reaction but that just doesn't wash with me. The alleged burgler could've easily gotten away without shooting anyone so why...

GUILTY MS - Amanda Price, 31, murdered at her New Albany home, 5 Dec 2011

Bravo to everything you said Brenda! My thoughts almost word for word. I guess I have watched way too many trials, ID, read too many Ann Rule books but my first reaction to hearing that he had been shot in the shoulder and was expected to make a full recovery & she was shot & killed in the...

I had the same thought, immediately. This has been all over our news since New Albany is about 20 minutes from where I live. Maybe I've watched too many true crime t.v. shows but my hinky meter went off. I feel bad for thinking it but some things just don't make any sense about this case.
