GUILTY MS - Linda Reed for embezzlement, Copiah County, 2012

I DO miss Nancy Drew's views in all this. She hasn't posted since 6-3, that is concerning to me. You know something could happen to one of us and we would never know it since we don't really know each other!!! (or I dont know y'all.....y'all could know each other!). I know that is a morbid...

GUILTY MS - Linda Reed for embezzlement, Copiah County, 2012

I just looked at the husband's interview on that video...poor guy......my heart breaks for him.... Nancy Drew, what is the general feeling toward the Moores in this area, are they well known and generally thought well of? I hope she is found alive but if she has done this all to her family...

GUILTY MS - Linda Reed for embezzlement, Copiah County, 2012

That's funny, I was the one that put on that WLBT facebook page about it showing the source was the family. They had not seen it before on that video. (I had not either until someone here mentioned it.) The daughter told me that none of the family had told WLBT anything so she didn't know why it...

That is very interesting. I had never heard that. Maybe that is why her husband's son (Chris Reed) has quit talking about it...i feel sad for them.

GUILTY MS - Linda Reed for embezzlement, Copiah County, 2012

I just saw that too...about the family being the source....those 2 children on facebook are very very defensive right now (I guess I would be too but...) but I don't see where Chris Reed has said anything (her husband's son)...so it is a little weird...

I do think, though, it is good to be passionate about what you believe instead of being wishy-washy. You are right, we are the product of our past and what has happened to you. That blinds me too sometimes, things I feel so strong about because of something in the past makes me not be open to...

You didn't offend me! I probably worry too much that someone might get their feelings hurt by what someone says or does and I guess I shouldn't be that way. I think we all get "in the moment" and just want to defend what we think is right and don't realize it how it sounds. I know I have in...

Yes that sounds very strange to me too. Why, when she was such a close friend to the family and had worked there so long, would he immediately check the books. That would be the last thing I would suspect if it was someone close to my family was missing. So he "says" he checked the books...

If I remember correctly, it said she forged checks in 1974 but the judge dropped the charges.

That white truck backed up to her trailer has to have something to do with this. Was she loading it up with something?

I am from Prentiss. It was a 36 year old man that was shot in the head. It was ruled a homicide. Prentiss is not the best place to live (my dad still lives there.) There are murders every month it seems. And it is a little town, maybe 1200. Lots of drugs. Yes, I had thought about another man...

GUILTY MS - Linda Reed for embezzlement, Copiah County, 2012

hmmm...this makes me a little suspicious now... From the Clarion Ledger: "Jones said Reed was indicted in 1974 for forging checks. According to Hinds County Circuit Court records, a 1974 uttering forgery indictment against Reed was dismissed by the judge. She was then had the last name of...

"I'm of the belief that one should never say things couldn't be worse because life has a way of showing you that it certainly can. We just never know what's around the bend. " That is true. I never thought about it that way. I guess I should have said from what I have seen so far about GB...
