KatieCoolady Holds 'Court' - The Dedicated KCL Thread

on the topic of 'encounters' .....I lost my Dad in Oct 2007, he had battled Hodgins twice in the 80s & 90s and basically died from lung disease and a blood disorder that were both long term side effects of his cancer treatments. The blessing is we had him for another 20yrs that we would have...

a view from the inside: observations from our own court observers #9

I refuse to listen to any interview Jodi gives....she's had to chance to spread her lies and we all had to listen to it for too long. I think this jury has her number and I don't doubt they will recommend the DP. Unfortunately she will still get to live for yrs and yrs because of the appeals...

pasted from Wikipedia Manson's death sentence was automatically commuted to life imprisonment when a 1972 decision by the Supreme Court of California temporarily eliminated the state's death penalty.[6] California's eventual reinstatement of capital punishment did not affect Manson, who is...

that the woman took a tumble down the steps out front and was being attended to by medics. The police put up yellow tape after that so the steps would be more apparent to all the people out there milling around.

I SO agree with you Magic!!! No need to panic, I have total faith in this jury! Seriously with the jury instructions and Juan's description of her actions against Travis I don't see how they could possibly come back with anything but M1.

So many feelings after reading the transcripting of the radio show tonight...I have such a hard time with the word forgive because I truly think some things don't deserve forgiveness....so I'm going to go with something I read and have done in the past ... give it over to god (or whatever you...

KCL I wondered about your 'matching outfits' that day....wondering if y'all had planned it?....it's too funny how so many things like this have happened thru this trial...more evidence of there being "a force" or whatever you want to call it surrounding all involved....I'm feeling the warm blue...

it's as stupid as the 'take a gun camping' lie...who in the world would buy a gun to take camping with them because they weren't sure about the men they were gna be camping with? NO ONE....they just wouldn't go....JA is one of those people who tell so many lies that it just seems like the...

BBM Juan still gets one more chance after Nurmi so that just might be what he ends with....hopefully the jury gets this tomorrow and can at least start the deliberation process. If I were a juror I'd at least want the chance to pick the foreman and have an initial vote. I think Juan did a...

BBM -- I'm impressed that you started out trying to be impartial...I was a juror once on an aggrevated robbery trial and it was very interesting ...I will say that at the start of deliberations I wasn't sure of the person guilt on those charges but after we discussed it I was positive he was...

Since it was a closed hearing we don't know but the fact that the family can be happy about anything right now is fine with me. We may or may not ever know what all the closed hearings are in this case were about but if we do it will be way down the road...possibly even after any appeals are...
