I think it best that they don't speak out in the media. It gives them more credibility later at trial IMO. They spoke their mind when interviewed by LE - the proper place to do it.

I have to agree. They can try, but I don't think it will be successful. She has been given countless "outs" to be able to claim it was an accident. She denied and lied. Her credibility is totally shot now anyway. So any claim she makes will lack credibility because she has already changed...

Precisely. It is not likely to be presented as some sort of confession....or proof she killed Caylee. It would be shown to demonstrate her state of mind. That she was not distraught or fearful over the disappearance of her daughter - but rather was having the time of her life....AND SHE HOPED...
