In my experience and of course I have no idea if it applies here , but couples that divorce and stay living together often divorce for asset protection of some sort. Based on some of the litigation that has been revealed, I would not be surprised if this was the case here. Jmho of course.

I used to live very close to this home and so I still mountain bike the ridge above Peppertree regularly and ride it down into SJC. There is easy access to these neighborhoods from the back and there are horse and hiking trails through this area that could have easily been used to come and go...

I concur. My SIL's sister died after her tonsillectomy when she was a young mother. She was in her hospital bed and she started to hemorrhage. She rang and rang for the nurses- but no one came. It was devastating.

I bought my copy. My sister has read it and said is OUTSTANDING and really drew a lot of good conclusions and was overall quite impressed. I have my copy that I have not read yet, but am anxious to start. Thanks for the link. :)
