    Fleeing felons, and running from the officer don't give justification to shoot. Fighting with an officer very well might if it's life or death for the officer, but it's a case by case basis, and I haven't heard enough about this case. imo

    I'm pro-officer for the most part, but I don't think a physical fight automatically gives the officer the right to draw his gun and shoot somebody. There has to be more than just a physical fight. I can't see justification of shooting a guy to death over a physical fight. I can't.

    Terrorists are a different breed, even if they weren't allowed access to guns it wouldn't stop them. That's what's so scary about them. They took a plane and made it weapon, they use knives to behead, they blow themselves up, hence why if it's terrorists guns are not the issue here. IMO.
