HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A bill named after a four-year-old murdered in 2009 is in the works.
Representative Debbie Riddle's office says the bill is a direct response to what happened following little Emma Thompson's death.

Amazing that Conner would have been 9 years old last month on the 10th. So senseless and heartbreaking that he and Laci aren't here to celebrate.

Thanks so much!!!!!
I'm an idiot - just realized I can do a "File" and "Save As" to save from WESH's site. Sorry to be a dunce!
Appreciate the help ... going to grab my root beer and start reading now! :)
Hi! Has anyone found the psych evals posted online anywhere other than WESH? I'd like to save them as PDF's to read (rather than reading online) and can't find a way to do that on WESH. Thanks!
There was a pic of a door knob safety device on Caylee's bedroom door (on the inside), but haven't seen a pic of ICA's bedroom door knob ... CA stated that Caylee slept with ICA in ICA's bedroom the majority of time.

IIRC, those debt payments were being garnished from her paycheck, so I don't think they'd show up on a bank statement if her employer was taking the deduction out before her deposit hit the bank. Unless the payment was an autodeduct from her account, but I don't think that's the way...
How did she get away with signing CA's name to the checks for so long? Didn't the cashiers ask for a drivers license or photo ID? I see on a lot of the check copies that it appears ICA wrote in CA's drivers license number at the top of the checks. But, I did see where the store employee did...
I agree with Patty ... and my initial thought was that ICA was flustered about not being able to finish her "filing and organizing" project - the guard was waiting for her to finish shuffling papers around, and I saw the guard motion with her hands as she spoke with someone out of camera shot. I...

Thanks so much to you all for posting all the daily trial info for those of us who aren't able to check in during the day!
I've searched but can't seem to find transcripts of any courtroom sidebars, other than for 6/24 (http://www.wftv.com/pdf/28418405/detail.html) ... are you aware of...
Wish it were a death row interview, but I just don't think they'll give her the DP. IMHO, she can say whatever she wants to whomever she wants as long as she's incarcerated the rest of her natural life and is not allowed to profit from Caylee in any way.
I learned that GA bought the gun to use to intimidate ICA's friends (who he suspected of being involved in Caylee's disappearance) into telling him what happened to Caylee, then he planned to turn the gun on himself. I had thought he bought it for protection back when protesters were outside...
His experience is enough to prevent me from being curious about any trash bags I may stumble across in the future. I think about his situation every time I see a trash bag on the side of the highway on my way to and from work each day (which is unfortunately, far too often). Sad.
