BBM Interesting to note, her attorney says his client “was not in a hotel with anyone.” He doesn’t say she wasn’t in a hotel alone during the time she was “missing.”
Same here. The police definitely didn’t disclose this information so people would be on the look out for kidnappers with Target snacks in their possession.
Possibly, however the police felt it important enough to include that the snack items were not found in or near the car, which in my opinion would allude to the items being significant enough in size that they wouldn’t reasonably have been consumed in the short time following the purchase prior...
So she went to Target before she disappeared and bought snacks that weren’t found in her car? Her phone, purse, etc. were left but snacks were taken?
“Among the new details, police say after leaving the Colonnade Thursday, she went to Target on Highway 280 and purchased snack food that wasn’t...
There is a Pre-Preliminary Hearing scheduled for October 6th and a Preliminary Hearing scheduled for October 26th. I couldn't find anything other than that.
FWIW we have taken the train from North Beach north to Angels stadium (and back) and the train from the Pier down south into San Diego (and back) and we were never asked for our ID.

I have heard it mentioned that perhaps LE has reason to believe he is checking online for updates on the search and therefor they don't want to put too much information out there about where they are searching and what information they have.

There are numerous trails and hiking paths in San Clemente and to the south of us here (north of Pendleton) but that open space turns into the military base the further south you go, which is a physical barrier between Orange County and San Diego County. That open space is mostly military...
Also thought I would mention that Camp Pendleton is directly south of San Clemente so there aren't roads you can walk on to get to San Diego from here. Your options are to walk along the 5 freeway (you would be very noticeable and more than likely stopped by police, especially walking with a...
Those photos of them are taken on El Camino Real adjacent to the North Beach parking lot. North Beach is where you can catch a train to north San Diego and then transfer to another to head even further south into San Diego. Or they could have walked another mile south along the beach trail and...
Thank you.
It wouldn't be outside of the realm of possibility for him to walk down to Dana Point Harbor (the closest "marina" to San Clemente) about 5 miles north of the Outlets. It is a rather small harbor compared to those in San Diego, Newport and Los Angeles.
Mexico is very likely. The good news is that there are cameras recording everyone who walks across the border in San Diego. The Outlet mall also has a lot of cameras throughout. I don't think he intentionally abandoned his car. It looks like a flat spare on the car. The outlets in San Clemente...
Do you mean the intended target? I am thinking it's a real possibility with that charge being added. Or perhaps unrelated and it was added due to something they found on his computer, phone and/or in his house? Time will tell, I guess.
Though the date of the charge is listed as the same date as all of the others, I noticed that there is now a charge against him for "PC311.11(C)(2)-F Possession or Control of Child *advertiser censored* Sadism/Masochism." (a glimpse perhaps into motive?) I looked at the charges when they were first filed...
He was charged with PC459-F1: Burglary - 1st Degree. According to California Penal Code 459 he would be charged with this if he broke into/entered the residence with the intent to commit any felony. This means that he either entered the home to steal something or he specifically entered the home...
