Bolded by me. Thank you...I thought the same thing. He believes everything his sister tells him which means he believes two women took his neice and killed her. But, he can't remember the name of one of them??? Amazing.
It should be easy enough to determine if that particular journal was even manufactured in 2003 or prior. If it was around in 2003, the entry could still have been made in 2008, but if it was not around in 2003 or prior, then the entry certainly could not have been made in 2003.
KC says: Nobody listens to what I'm saying, let me talk.
Okay KC, tell us where we might hunt for Caylee
KC says: I have nothing to say
Yep, just like a CEO.
from the small part of the e-mail we have heard, I'm not seeing where she is "spewing the innocence baloney". She said KC never HURT Caylee. If the defense will be that an awful accident ocurred followed by a very bad kidnapping story and coverup, then perhaps Caylee was not HURT physically by KC.
one has nothing to do with the other. It could have been a well planned and deliberate murder. It was the followup and coverup that was not well planned.
indeed...not to mention the bags which should contain several fingerprints. Maybe those on the outside are gone, but the inside should still be intact.
Casey was staging a kidnapping. So she put the body where it could be found. Her comments that she and her family were being threatened (i.e. whoever has her is dangerous and could kill her), she is not far (hint) and they have not even found her clothes yet (i.e. she's somewhere easy to spot)...
IMO...chloroform will be the kicker....chloroform searches, chloroform in the car, chloroform in the hair...a deadly triangle. I also think there was pesticide sprayed into the bag, which came from the canisters taken from A's house.
