    If it's true that the duct tape was wrapped around the child's head, then it would have been impossible to avoid her hair. If that's the case, then it is very possible the duct tape may have hair that indicate both pre and postmortem. Further, IMO if the duct tape only has KC's finger prints...

    Oh, I didn't mean the subject couldn't be discussed here on the board; I meant it wasn't relevant with respect to the trial. I will have to be careful how phrase things in the future.

    This will have no relevance to the case against KC, since there is no physical evidence tying Kronk to the crime. JMO This is nothing more than a red herring and I don't believe any judge would allow it any testimony at trial. It simply has no relevance here.

    It would be nearly impossible for someone to wrap duct tape around another person's head without having hair folicals inadvertently attached to the tape. Just my theory. Otherwise, it was widely reported that hair matching the color and texture of Caylee's was found at the scene.

    I suspect the hair found on the duct tape contains hair folicals which show that Caylee was alive when the tape was wrapped around her little head; and of course it also contains hair folicals with the death band. Combine that with only KC's fingerprints on the duct tape and LE can conclude it...
