I am fearful that the money will remain in limbo (and continue to fund Heather's expenses) if she is unavailable to defend herself in a slayer lawsuit. Looking for an attorney to opine on whether she can be sued while incarcerated overseas.

I am VERY hopeful that evidence from the FBI (included in items handed over to prosecutors, per at least one of last week's news sources) will be text messages that indicate premeditation. Evidence from the FBI should be USA-based, right? I think it will include the police reports of past...
