Exactly! How can you rule someone out without speaking to them? Unless LE knows who did it and if that's the case why even bother trying to rule him out??

Why did the reporter talk through the whole video?? You can't even hear her over him....what's the point in hearing her voice to recognize if they just talk right over it??

My thoughts exactly, if he was not going to leave the area then why call and say car broken down only to later drive away. Seems to me like he was attempting to throw them off and mislead them from the beginning. Maybe give the illusion of foul play?

In the thread on what Jr. saw it mentions ski mask by one of his grandmothers. Why can't they find Chad??? He has to be somewhere. They need to change it to POI and get his picture out more.
