Diane Schulte was ruled out by dentals. Please see additional rule out list upthread (page 12) from LE. Circumstances with Carlene and the fact that she had braces when LKA make it more unlikely than not, IMHO.

I wanted to add after some additional thought that carbuff is right, there is shrinkage after death. Its why some cultures noted nails "growing" and thought that was a sign of vampires...not vampires, just skin shrinkage. However, that would point to her being taller than 5'9, not shorter...

Height is more likely to be off when estimating off femur/skeletal remains, but SJD was found 5 days after her murder, so those estimates are likely to be pretty accurate. Not impossible, but improbable. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

    Resolved WY - Sweetwater, "Bitter Creek Betty", Wht/HispFem 24-32, 213UFWY, rose tatt/jewelry Mar'92 - N/A

is there a longer rule out list on BitterCreek Betty? The one in NAMUS is very short, and I read a news article that quoted at least 27 rule outs.

Identified! OR - Seaside, WhtMale 35-50, UP9392, fully clothed, Timex 'Expedition' watch, 'Danner' boots, Oct'11 - Name withheld

http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/p/perzov_muni.html Looks pretty close to the recon. I was looking at him in a different case and the resemblance struck me. A comment on a news article about the UID suggested La Mesa Cycle no longer exists and is now Performance Bikes. Suggested the...

I think we will start to see more rule outs populate when DNA testing is complete. here are some other possible based on circumstances/demographics: https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/show/18066 http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/w/weisz_john.html

No rule out list on NAMUS http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/917ufwa.html "Missing persons cases were compared with the unidentified case without success. It isn't clear what happened to the remains. There is no indication in the Sheriff's Office records and the Coroner's records on the...

I might follow up to see if the following have also been ruled out but not listed on NAMUS: https://www.findthemissing.org/cases/5517/21 height is a little off, but circumstances, coloring seem close http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/2368dfca.html http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/3087dfca.html...

The mention of dentures makes me think of Jeannette Miller who incidentally has a new composite: https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/4581/11 Her DNA is in the system, according to NAMUS, so thinking she probably was ruled out but it might be worth an ask...

MO MO - Kelly Allen, 20, Berkeley, 13 March 2007

Thanks for the article, Terrib11, that actually answers some questions I was having. But still wonder if, even though it was "too late" to treat the actual apartment as a crime scene if they did canvas/search around the property. It always amazes me how they will launch million dollars...

MO MO - Kelly Allen, 20, Berkeley, 13 March 2007

I am interested to know if any organized searches were conducted. I can't tell from the MSM I have found on the case. However, taking a look at the LKA location, there is some wooded area near infrastructure and further away some wooded area near train tracks that should've been searched. I...

CA CA - Orange Co., HispFem Skel UP12250, 30-60, 'Coach Williams' on jacket, Jan'14

I concur. After a pretty deep search of college and high school volleyball/water polo teams looking for a Coach Williams, I couldn't find any matching missing. It looks like something you might pick up cheap at a thrift store, especially for hikes/work outs.

TX TX - Dallas, WhtMale 20-25, 1244UMTX, hanged in motel room, billfold w/ "PJK" initials, May'86

http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/k/kula_richard.html I have been all over the web/ancestry and can't find anything on him, except he was born in Chicago. But the looks are good/demographics spot on. I am wondering if we can't get a more realistic look at the freckles, especially any...

A couple of thoughts about the Elk/Eck. Wondered if ECK could be related to the religious order Eckaknar. Also, there is a very famous Elk statue in Portland down by the courthouse: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/a0/PortlandElkStatue.jpg Wondered if he picked up someone...

Match! TX - Houston, WhtFem UP4641, 20-30, hit & run, Mar'80 *Paulette Jaster*

This match is so awesome, I am so happy PJs family finally knows what happened to her. I have been struck over the years by what a beautiful girl she was, the pictures showing a lively spirit, and I am happy she is finally going home to her family. Well done, HoustonMom and thanks to the LE...
