My son goes to a pre-k - 8th Catholic school. They have a few police officers that monitor the school all day. I'm not sure if they guard the church during Mass, though.

Maybe the school districts saw the multiple jobs he had in the last few years and saw them as a red flag? I live in AR and used to be a teacher. I was always told NWA teaching jobs are hard to come by. Very competitive. So it doesn't really surprise me that he was looked over. Many qualified...

According to this article, the bar was right beside his home? Was he angry about noise, or was he there at the bar? Did he get into an altercation or just come in and start shooting? So many questions. Hope they catch him soon.

He will be found soon IMO and I worry for the officers looking for him! As many have said in this thread, he has nothing to lose right now.
