An appeals court has upheld the conviction of former Canton police officer Bobby L. Cutts in a 2-1 decision filed this morning in the 5th Ohio District Court of Appeals.
Just an FYI, Sleuthers! Justice prevails...
I get being tight-lipped to a degree, but at this point, this case took place in 07...perhaps releasing SOME additional info could help to revitalize a cold case and give a family some answers. There's no point in holding your cards close to your chest if they never get played. You can't win...
Hi guys! So I did a search and could not find a thread for Kelly, but you're usually on top of this stuff, so perhaps I missed it!
Kelly was out drinking with friends in Madison, Wisconsin. At around 11:30 her friends left her for the evening and she continued her evening. She went...
Amazon.com: The Cases That Haunt Us eBook: Mark Olshaker: Kindle Store
This was an EXCELLENT book that I read about this case, and others, from JeanBenet to the Zodiac to Jack the Ripper. The guy that cowrote it was hired by the prosecution in the JeanBenet case to try to prove the...
Yeah, strange that the story didn't say at all that there were reasons this guy suspected he was not biological. No photos of him before a certain age. Vague memories. Something...
he claims he wants to come back to football...well we don't want him here as you can tell by the posts to this story. The shame is, if both prosecution and judge agreed, it's my guess the family did too. Took a settlement and the deal. Sad...
Yeah, the boyfriends story sounds odd. Obviously knowing very little of the case, but it just seems weird to bring someone coffee when they work at a restaurant. Especially at 6:30am. Plus, why was she there that early? Having worked in restaruants, unless they serve breakfast, which I don't...
I'm trying to google for updates and have found nothing...so I'm just trying to see if anyone knows anythign on this. Gonna keep googling but yell if you've seen something!
If Raber turns out to be married as well, do you think there is a chance that there was a secondary plot to kill her husband? So the two lovers could be together? If someone is a widow in the Amish community, can they remarry? Could that have been the motive? Do you like how contribute...
do you guys think there is any connection to the fact that Obama was at some of the concentration camps last week? Perhaps a black president of the United States of America attending holocaust museums in europe set him off? Ugh, what a monster.
could also be "Farm and Fleet" or something like that, that could have printed 40% off sale bags or something. Stores sometimes have special bags printed when they are running big sales as they help with additional advertising...
Hi Guys! Glad to see this topic started. Caught my eye this AM on CNN.com while I was reading about David Caradine. How sad. Anyway, so here's a question for people with more insight to LE than I have...
If they have DNA, while I recognize it can't help if he's not in the system, it should...
see, if that is, in fact, the case, then that's HUGE! he doesn't want to lose he cushy high-paid job, but doesn't want to stay married to Sheri when he want to marry the girlfriend. So how does he get out of his marriage without breaking the "rules" of JMM...
Drew's cousin was on GMA this AM...he said he thinks it's her based on the fact that he HELPED Drew remove a heavy blue barrel from their bedroom. Am I a naive, or does that make anyone else go, "WHY WOULD YOU HELP SOMEONE YOU DIDN'T TRUST DO SOMETHING THAT UNUSUAL!!!". It just SEEMS evil...
Sorry trying to catch up here, so someone may have already said this, but as far as the comment regarding Drew "acting normal" so it's probably not Stacy...well he's an evil man that was somehow able to justfy his actions in killing his wife not once, but twice, this leads me to believe he WOULD...
I totally agree with the whole "sight of blood" arguement and the less evidence except that poisoning or CO2 would prevent both of these as well.
Not that I'm looking to kill anyone, but I agree I wouldn't want to see blood but I also wouldn't want to look into their eyes and see them...
