Wow. This, if true. Most had already suspected as much. May now be confirmed.

Your post reminded me that I saw amusement rides in LB recently, which led me to search. There was a well-known amusement park in LB, close to the marina, that closed in 1979.

Or, maybe he threw it in the obvious place, to later say "I was framed." He was quick to plant the seed that someone else was there, in the form of Corn Row guy. He did the same thing in the SC case. I think he likes the mind games and playing the martyr for as far as it will take him. He has...

We are back in Nelson County today. Randy Taylor is scheduled to go before a judge at 1pm for a bond hearing. That's where the judge will decide whether or not he can bail out of jail. Right now, a judge has issued an order banning all cameras...
Laugh. The intention of this link wasn't a statement about the crop growing, rather showing the extent to which activities can be concealed in the national forests. RATs know that.
It seems people get confused between national parks and national forests. National parks attract people and are used pretty much for that purpose. National forests are vast land preserves owned by the government, but not usually conducive to tourism.
Anyway, here is an article that might help...
Yes - national forest is to me the most likely place he would have gone. Attached below is a map that includes Lovingston and Crabtree Falls, site of possible sightings of RAT after AM's disappearance. Notice that Crabtree Falls is in the George Washington National Forest. The national forests...
MoxieThyme, I think your 3 points are spot on.
Here is a link to the crime log for late July 29 through August 4...don't think it's been posted yet...no details, but some interesting activity that week. Would be nice to know exact locations and times of some of these calls...
Not sure if this one was posted yet. Interesting, the attorney is former Albemarle and Greene Co. LE.

LOL! So true. But this statement (below) by the judge in that case is one I'm still wondering about...not sure if he was questioning the attorney's ability or not...
Im going to try and get competent counsel working and get this to trial as soon as possible, but this is a murder case. It may...
True. I do believe they are a step ahead, though, in terms of who else may or may not be involved and what they know about his activities. I guess we will know in time.

Man, I need to start bookmarking links, but I think this was a vehicle arson. And, I believe he wasn't charged until nearly 2 years after the incident. Could have been an insurance fraud situation? Not sure it would have been considered violent - in terms of warranting DNA. Speculating again.
I thought about this, too, and agree. There must be more. I believe the online system only goes back so far. It will take some leg work at some court houses to dig up the rest, I'm thinking.
There is no way to know for sure, but if I were a betting person... Someone else already pointed out the possession charge, which by itself is no huge deal. But, based on his appearance, and the deterioration of his appearance since previous mugshot, there is something going on. He looks...
It seems like his legal name might really be "Randy", not Randolph or Randall. I know one of the news outlets said Randolph, but I don't see any court records for a Randolph Allen. They all say Randy. But there are still a lot of charges. It's also interesting if you cross-reference the...
