That page also mentions an "outside investor" <modsnip - parties who are neither victim nor named POI can not be named on the thread> which is also the first name of one of the defendants in the harassment lawsuits.
Just for clarification, the photos shown in that article are from before any of this happened - they're just to give a better idea of what he looks like. It's kind of misleading because without reading the story, one might think those are recent surveillance photos. They are not. The recent...

JG99, Do you know if he had other marriages other than yours and Cheryl's? Are you the mom to the son who called for a welfare check? (Just trying to figure out how many times he has been married, etc.). Thanks.
Sadly, I wondered if he already had, and that is why the teenager was also killed. Maybe they had threatened to turn him in and that provided the motive. I'm having a hard time making any sense of this case... so tragic and odd.

Yes, very few updates and very few facts. Makes one wonder why? A missing toddler and no information to the pubic? No reward? No time line? No last sighting? Very strange indeed. It's unfortunate that LE won't spell it out for us but I think I can connect the dots. MOO.
Exactly. If the remains are from Oregon Trail pioneers (which I think is a probable scenario), it would have been summer time when they passed through southern Idaho. That area of Idaho is complete desert. It would have been a backbreaking job to dig a grave there in the dry, hard, rocky...

Also, cotton decomposes very quickly - it can be gone in as little as 6 months. Leather (for shoes) has a decomposition time of around 50 years. I think it's possible there could just be nothing left of their clothing if they were buried 150+ years ago. (carbon dating results, where are you????)
I think it would be very interesting too if the remains are from the Oregon Trail (just a different kind of interesting, not related to criminal activity and therefore not the answer to any contemporary missing persons cases...). The history of the Oregon Trail is fascinating to me. It's hard...
The burial site doesn't make a lot of sense for a criminal act, in my opinion. It's totally out in the open, not a tree in sight for miles, and it's desert - the ground is hard, dry, and rocky. There are businesses not too far away either (that would have been there in the 1980's and 1990's)...
Yes, thank you Carbuff. I didn't realize until after I posted the link that the still image showing the "bin of bones" was going to be so prominently displayed. I guess that's what they call clickbait?

Another news video - nothing new. Hopefully the carbon dating will be done soon.
It would be nice to know what exactly Vernal was doing (and where) on the days the leading up to DeOrr's "disappearance." So many rumors and no one seems too interested in setting the record straight.
