You know? Anything at is "possible" in this case. We just don't know.
He very well could have been in the same room but with my perception of the distant voices and the perception he was held captive in his room, we just do the know, do we,? So why not think of other scenarios????
I completely agree but didn't want to join in the bickering. If SS was on the phone leaving a message, I'm sure someone was there overhearing his every word but it seems apparent that someone had to also be there subduing little P thus his arguing?!?!
I'm glad I'm not the only one. I agree that it sounded like he was "arguing" with someone but couldn't tell what exactly what he was saying. But, if you notice, this was right before SS mentioned issues with little P as if he was trying to cover for the outburst that may have been heard...
I heard it from a link in the first few threads. It's in MSM too but the only ones I found there the reporter kind of talked over his scream (on purpose???) but not sure how to hear the initial one. Hopefully someone on here can point us to the right direction.
I don't have the equipment...
I know this is something we are avoiding because of the sheer terror or it but something that may provide more clues. Please excuse if this has been discussed but I haven't found it.
In the voice-mail that SS left, we hear little P in the background screaming. To me though, it's not just...
Maybe my thoughts are being relayed clearly...let's ASSUME W1 was involved...maybe he met Witt in the garage to give him the money?!?!?...when being questioned by police, his story read that he dropped the money off in the car (which we are for this example ASSUMING wasn't true)...when...
Absolutely they could, but thinking outside the box since nobody really knows what happened... IF W1 was indeed involved and didn't even think about the car being locked/unlocked and the keys were inside...he told the investigators it was locked at first....if the keys were kept inside at all...
Not if the HK told investigators that the Mosler keys were always kept in a certain place inside the house. If that was the case and he said the door was locked and had to locate the keys, he would have to be in the house to get them.
Quick thought here about Witness 1 and his lying about the keys. What if investigators found the Mosler keys inside the house after the fire. He would then have to explain what he was doing in the house if the car was indeed locked thus changing his statement and admitting to lying because that...
Thank you. I missed that conversation and need to go back and look. Common sense though tells me that if there is indeed a child missing and there is reason to believe she is buried in the back yard (as the brother stated), why wouldn't LE investigate that well? What harm could it actually do if...
I seriously doubt it based on where they live but I do wonder if they had to submit/apply for some type of permit to pour the concrete for their patio. This will give us some type of timeframe in which it was poured...
Just a thought...Do we know if the patio in the back of the "current" house has always been there. If I had the addy, I could check the prior real estate listing. Just looking at areal pictures of the house, it caught my eye as a possibility...
If they probed and not dug up the back yard, it...
I believe it is actually Nicholas, not Nichols. I typed that wrong. If you take the exit off of 85 to go to the park, you have to drive through about 10 minutes of country and farms. There are so many places they could have put her if she is in fact deceased.
I am rather familiar with...
Can someone help clarify for me....The Parsons' live in Salisbury (or they did last week)...did they say they dropped Erica off at a Mooresville McDonald's or McDonalds near their home in Salisbury? I just want to make sure we are focusing on the right area because the two areas are...
I'm sorry but I just have to say something even if it gets me kicked off here. Using the "R" word is about as socially unacceptable as using the "N" word. Please don't!
Come down to it, if the car in fact DID NOT smell like there had been a dead body in it then this would be a non-issue. The "utterance" plus the fact that it was an "accurate utterance" is why IMO it should and will come it to trial.
IMO Misty was either drinking or drugging the night Haleigh went missing. She just got back from the 3-day binge and if I remember correctly, she was complaining about bad drugs at the bus stop (or so it was stated). Someone who is an addict is going to be looking for their next high especially...
