Sources without a name or legal title is a little too vague for me to accept that JS is ruled out forever as having any culpability. It seems like what has been said from the outset, that there are still no plans to charge JS or possibly anyone else and I didn't see anything saying the...
Unfortunately, I don't put much faith in anything JS has to say. I've seen so many inconsistencies uttered by her that I just don't believe any of it at this point. JMOO
Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't WA text or email JL asking if he was still leaving on his trip as planned? This contact by WA was after she told JL not to contact her anymore. Doesn't make sense to contact him when she insisted on going no contact to begin with.
Since we didn't get to hear much from Doug's side I believe the state did the best they could. The judge will have to follow the guidelines for sentencing so she may not get the max. But, this is better than a NG or hung jury. I'm still of the belief that she premeditated the murder.JMOO
Men may write to ab in prison but that won't change her daily life of eating fattening unhealthy food and cavorting with other women especially the more manly ones to protect her.JMOO
Doug Benefield’s 23-year-old daughter, Eva, Tommie Benefield, and Doug Benefield’s younger brother, Dave, all took time to comment.

Yes, but one consolation. She will not look like she does now. She will be FAT after having no choice but to eat prison food and buy junk food from the prison commissary. I know it's not much, but at least she won't be allowed to hunt for a new man for several years.
I watched the end of the trail again. And I heard what ch13 heard. The judge replied, "if it's required, I certainly will." So there shouldn't be a need for an appeal. JMO
At the end of this video you can clearly hear the judge say those words.
I was just replying to the issue of the number of appeals, not all the that other stuff. I don't know when or if or what the judge has to do or will do.
Don't understand what you are saying. Most appeals are not approved afaik.

n 2010, an estimated 69,348 criminal appeals
were resolved in the 143 appellate courts with
criminal jurisdiction in the United States. Nearly
two-thirds (63%) of appeals were reviewed on the

Possibly, but she had to get her made up story out there and testifying was the only way. The over the top dramatics were just too much and showed how phony and unbelievable the testimony was. I'm just so pleased right now after watching her being handcuffed and led away. Not a tear in sight...
