NC - Shaniya Davis, 5, Allegedly sold by mother 11/10/09 #9

BBM This is my feeling at this point. She's at peace and no longer being hurt by these monsters. If she can't be with her daddy, at least she's now with her father. RIP sweet little girl.

Can you see the other reason Shannon was taken to the ER? One was the rolling off the bed...what was the other?

in the DCF report that was leaked/released...there were several agencies that were working with the mother and father in regards to parenting classes...substance abuse...house cleaning...etc. Perhaps that is what she's referring to?

All I have to say is...if the "blogging" is what made her spend one less minute with that monster and in that box...I'm happy to have hindered and would do it again in a New York minute!

I'm very disturbed by the bumpers that are "installed" into that box....that coffin looks very planned out. I wish them many days in solitary so they can come close to feeling how that poor baby felt!

If their searching was solely because SB gave them permission then that speaks to her state of mind. She must have REALLY thought she could get away with this by hiding shannon in a box. This is JMO but that also says to me she was pretty confident that shannon wasn't going to cry...possibly...

One last thought before I have to get back to work...Why do you think SB said things like "I loved that child" when she knew the child was alive?

Another thought....LE has said they've had a PERSON of interest in the case...but with both the mother AND SB being charged...we dont know which one of them they were on to...

I'm sure the answer to that question is going to be found in the details of the search warrant itself. What "grounds" did they use to get access to the house. THAT is the document I am anxiously awaiting to see. That should also give us some insight as to just HOW they found out about SB.

I'm hoping the prosecutor gets really creative and finds some other things to charge them with. I sure hope someone really looks into the mother to make sure she wasn't just taken advantage of.

You guys make more of a difference than you know. In the Caylee case LE WAS listening and watching. Several times John and Yuri both mentioned and had us look into info that was swirling around WS. Keep up the great work guys!
