A whole family...tiny innocent beautiful children...all over a drug debt. Un-flippin-real. I'd be interested to know what percentage of murders a year are over green pieces of paper - it just blows my mind.
UGH!! For three or four days she had to look at THAT?!? Let alone be raped by it. This can't be the only time he's attacked someone who said no to riding with him...who would say yes??
You guys are going to be as chapped as I was just now, looking this up. He was found guilty in 2006 of TWO counts, because he wiped/destroyed over 12,000 of the images because he was informed ahead of time of the investigation :banghead:. Destroying evidence is a felony in itself. For all this...
I'll be interested to know how they finally put all these pieces together after all this time. Seems like a tip was called into police...I wonder what kind of tip, and why now?
That, and the police say that besides his bloody jacket, his room was "exceptionally tidy" so they don't think he's camping out or in a fleabag motel. I haven't stayed at a high-end luxury hotel in a long time, so I forget: Do they take IDs even if you pay cash?
If he is in Vegas it's a...
No kidding...what a waste of energy and emotion. I guess some fans are just as attached and loyal to their teams as they would be to their pets or loved ones. And sports can be unfair and subjective, so fans can easily feel "betrayed" by referees, etc. Still doesn't make it sensical or right...
Wow.
Just wow.
I'm always glad when the nutjobs act as their own lawyers just to hear the wackadoodle things they say to try to defend themselves. He's doing a bang-up job of digging his own grave in court, isn't he? This guy's going down. As he should!
Could be he killed her very early in the morning (while kids were asleep?) and then went to court at 9 and "waited" for her, in order to have an alibi, then figured he'd go home and "discover" her body. But the kids got out and cops got there first. All of this adds up to him looking responsible...
He's housed with other juveniles (whom I assume have also been tried as adults, since it's an adult jail).
This kid really didn't stand a chance, did he. Neither, perhaps, did his mother. I wonder what circumstances led to her becoming pregnant at 11-12? Well, obviously she was raped, but by...
Okay, so it's not just me then. And I am a long long way from being uppity about what my kids wear. Not judging the family, but that dance studio really needs to take a long hard look at what they're making those girls wear.
So, so sad that this woman lost both her son and precious...
Awful. Another back-country feud taken way too far, is my guess...sounds like they argued quite a bit in the past. His mugshot creeps me out, something about him is way off.
Does anyone else wonder why, when someone confesses to a murder, often the police still can't get a motive out of them...
These poor ladies!! Terrifying that he's still out there. Some questions/observations:
1) In the surveillance photo, does it look to anyone else like he could have glasses? I thought so, but the victims probably would have noted that in their descriptions.
2) WHERE and when was the shot...
OMG, this was a couple of blocks from me!! It sounds like she lives in my neighborhood, it's the only residential area in that direction. How horrible and sad!!! And also sad to me is my kids and I may have interacted with her at some point and I wouldn't have remembered her. Heartbreaking...
Why doesn't it surprise me that other officers are supporting this brute even after what he's done? *Sigh!* Some are probably even holding him up as some kind of tough-guy hero even though he beat an unarmed, innocent guy to a bloody pulp. Sick.
LOL! Strangely enough, one of the articles says they did this because he'd been plotting some revenge upon some prison guards, and these two were trying to protect the guard(s). I suppose inmates could become attached to people they spend so much time with, even if they are their "oppressors."...
1) Yep.
2) Evidently it's pretty easy! But they do draw the line somewhere. From the article:
"Gutfinski also tried and failed to get a Kennebec County Probate Court judge to approve a name change to Diszade Trash Horror in 2003."
:floorlaugh:
WOW.
Reading that interview was very enlightening...and a cliffhanger. Did she go back the next day and give the statement after all? I'd love to have been a fly on the wall when she spoke with her mother after that interview.
My heart just bleeds for these children. Poof, no parents - and this scum trying to rape at least one of them to further their terror. He needs to disappear from this earth.
