Was there ever anything more reported about this? I'm not seeing anything...

If she were supposed to be somewhere at 4 and got there early, the older child were reasonably accustomed to fending for himself (and I think plenty of 11-year-olds do), and it was likely the only opportunity she'd have to get some sleep before her shift - then yes, I think she might. The twins...

I guess I had better revisit the facts. I thought there was no visual evidence of her leaving? Also, what is the story with the hubcaps? In the 8:55 PM video just released, it looks like hubcaps are present. TIA!

I actually think she could have taken a nap. I know there's been some talk of her always being home to meet her son after school, but as you note, it appears she would have already been running late at 3:18, and as far as I'm aware she didn't make any special arrangements for him. Nor did...

Or Michelle arrived at 3:18 as the camera seemed to indicate, but didn't go up to the door right away.

Maybe the Hummer leaving the condos...? I'm anxious to see and I hope it breaks Michelle's case open, whatever it is!

In a perfect world, LDTs would be foolproof and he'd have taken one. Unfortunately, we live in this world. The reason I can't hold the absence of a LDT against Dale is that, if I were in his shoes *and completely innocent*, I would almost certainly not submit to one. It's one of those...

The little beauty found in the Roma camp is not Baby Lisa

From the pictures, I think that child could be going on 3. I think she'd be on the developed end of the spectrum but I think it is possible.

The conflicting status reports concerning the evidence are interesting to me and I am equally puzzled by those reports, Backwoods. I wish the article had a direct quote from Cooke stating that most of the evidence is just now going through testing, rather than the reporter's interpretation of...

I dunno... I guess it's in the eye of the beholder... but judging by looks alone, I'd have a cow if my daughter brought either of them home.

An ancient Japanese legend says that a person who folds a thousand origami cranes will be granted a wish. I wonder if that's what MAM is doing, and what his wish will be?

I appreciate your ideas. In my mind, the Hummer situation doesn't fit the image of evil Dale out to punish Michelle at whatever cost. It would almost certainly have affected her in a negative way to have the Hummer confiscated. However, if she was making the payments and was timely with them...

If the Hummer was in Dale's name, then he was ultimately on the hook for it. If it didn't get paid for whatever reason, it was Dale that would have a financial/credit problem, not Michelle. She would have no liability for the payments and no claim to it beyond what Dale allowed her to have...

I wonder why Dale provided Michelle with such an expensive vehicle, but allegedly didn't pay his child support. I wonder if Michelle and Dale could have had some kind of off-the-record agreement between the two of them that worked against him. It looks like there was some kind of financial...

I had the same thought. I think for them to take advantage of any new law in Florida, they'd have to find a way to pursue it via an existing case.

I'll start with my usual caveat, that I don't practice criminal law (and I'm not verified)... but I would think in this case there's been plenty of indication that they could face criminal charges at some point. Sr. has been questioned, his house has been raided, and I don't know what else. He...

Fox news website says: "Smith was originally granted custody of his children with Parker, but his custody was revoked. The children are now under the care of Parker's mother." Is this outdated information or are they really back with Michelle's mom...
