Ive been busy so I missed the last couple of hearings... Just noticed his trial is gone from the docket. Did he change his plea or something? Can't find any media on it either.

JUST FYI Defense trying to shut down live stream/media for the trial.

Karol-Chik just pleaded guilty. Plea deal. Sounds like 35-48 years. Could be up to 72 depending on if he is given consecutive or concurrent sentence. Id imagine 48 will be the max imo Sentencing September 10th, 1pm. Have to wonder if Koenig will still go to trial.

Kwaks trial has already been wiped from the docket. Karol-chiks still shows up, so not sure if that means he did not take the plea deal or what. Could also just be leaving it on the docket till he formally pleas in court. Who knows, he has a hearing May 15th, guess we will know then.

Karol-Chik has been offered a plea deal of (max) 35 years to testify against Koenig & Kwak. He has until 11am tomorrow to accept. Oh and his motion to suppress his confession was denied. Article about tuesdays hearings...

Fyi Joseph Koenig has a preliminary hearing today for the additional charges. It just came out that Karol-Chik did an interview with police a few months back and told them about the additional charges. He also took a polygraph stating Koenig is the one that threw the rock that killed Alexa...

I mean what's the hold up? Now they have her body and the smoking gun. If they arrested him without either of these things before, surely that is on the horizon. We can hope. Should be an interesting week. IE probably livid about her soon to be failed civil lawsuit.

If you have 6-7 years to prepare for a trial and a pro se defendant kind of embarrasses you.....you probably should not be going to trial. I mean, personally I think he's guilty. But they don't really have much on him.
