I have to agree with you... If there were other people involved he will start talking real soon. His DNA being on the tape hoses him so most likely he will bring anyone else down with him. So sad...

I just wonder why it is only 2nd degree murder. That to me means he might not have been the person that committed the actual crime. Maybe he just helped dispose of her body?

I completely agree girlfawkes. IMO I still think it is the same person I have thought it was the entire time. I think he had help dropping off the car and I think LE suspects him completely. They just need a little more evidence to nail him. I hope that day comes soon.

Unfortunately some of the cell companies of possible POI's purged the files of the pings so they cannot tell where they were around the time of MC's disappearance.

Definitely male. This case is MUCH more complicated than most of us realize. LE have kept quite a bit close to the belt in this case. Yes, there have been leaks but that was in the beginning. There is a lot that has not leaked...

I dont agree that every scenario/POI that was discussed on here has been eliminated. There is still one person that not one person has come on here and posted positive things about. I think that what people will be "shocked" about is everything that was done and all the hoops LE had to jump...

I was told the same thing... I think they are making sure they have everything they can before they make an arrest. I also think if all the results come back inconclusive they will still make an arrest with what evidence they do have.

Wow... The glass shards are very interesting to me. If those shards were found somewhere else too that would be very good evidence of a struggle and the location of that struggle in my opinion.
