Can you tell me how to turn that lock off? I have the same phone, and that is the ONLY feature that bothers me, but I haven't been unable to figure out how to disable the key lock on the front.

I'm pretty sure you're correct. I believe if you call and ask if a specific person has been arrested and booked (they won't/don't usually release it until they've been booked), it's public record and they can tell you if they have been booked, but not what the charges...

I viewed some of the Huffman documents and JF was listed as having been served with a subpoena for phone records. The sister/wife's phone records were subpoenaed as well.
