Another case in point would be Elizabeth Johnson and her son Gabriel. She could be released from jail a year from now. And yet...where the hell is baby Gabriel? Caylees Law should keep her in jail until Gabriel is accounted for!

Children who are not reported missing are more common than one might think. Especially in this day and age of drug abusers, illegal immigrants, homelessness, abusive foster care providers, sex trade and abusive parents. Sometimes the child themself is the abusive one...and thats why they go...

I agree! There are many runaway children living on the streets. Some of them are literally safer on the streets than their homes. If those parents dont report that child missing ...even if they are 16...well, WHY? (Because theyve been abusing them their entire lives, and theyd rather let the...

This law wouldnt affect you until your child HAS been reported missing...I wouldnt think an overnight trip out of town would be a problem for you :) Youd know where your child is. AGA doesnt make all the choices, but insure choices are made in the best interest of the child.

I would however like to add to the Caylee's Law: That the missing child should be appointed a guardian ad litem until the case is closed.

I agree that the things you mention should be an added (perhaps added to the SOS law). I forget WHY the Son of Sam law doesnt already cover this. :waitasec:

I propose a law that any parent who doesnt report a child missing within 24 hours be incarcerated until the child is safe and/or the parent isnt suspected of additional crime. PS I am aware of other Caylee laws that have been proposed: I think my idea is more suitable :twocents:

When children go potty...their undergarmets sometimes brush the toilet, the underside of the bowl, as well as the floor... Transfer of DNA, even pubic hairs...could happen easily. RDI :)
