I've been thinking about this too, and I believe that, under these particular set of circumstances, he has been instructed to remain calm and careful. If this was an abduction, then yes, BOTH parents would be pleading and crying for the safe return of their child. If the child only had ONE...

That would depend on how often she went out to run errands, like grocery shopping and such. Since he was the only one employed, he would certainly need a vehicle on a daily basis. If she only had to go out once or twice a week, she may have asked a family member or friend for a ride, or called...

Good Find! Sad response though. Sound to me like she has the "It's all about ME" syndrome. Not much to say about her missing grandson, no effort to help locate him or to offer any insight as to how to go about it, no specific information about Julie that would help in the search, just about...

That was certainly a "food-galore" picture! WOW! Mommy smiling while daughter is using the ketchup with all kinds of bowls and fruit around. Looks like a party - or (obviously) staged. And no, most people don't have that much fruit around with three people, especially when two of the three...

True. "reasonable doubt" would be to suggest that the child was murdered versus an accidental death. Shades of Casey Anthony. I just hope the fine State of Washington has better jurors and that the prosecution hammers home the fact that the "accident" would not have occurred if the child was...

There would also be the possibility that LE would be watching her to see if she goes to the last place she left Sky. Didn't Scott Peterson go to the Bay after Laci "went missing"? Not to revisit that crime again, but she might have seconds thoughts about where she left Sky, if she thinks LE is...

That makes perfect sense, and I agree with your assessment of the situation. Interesting that she obtained a lawyer quickly, and will only answer questions through her lawyer. Yes, she will fess up to only those things that can be proven. Since Sky is considered "missing", and he has not been...

That would be correct - for an "innocent" who did not know what happened to their now missing child. However, it's entirely possible and most likely that she knows exactly what happened to Sky and where he is now, and she is not saying. Most "innocent" people would be involved in the search...

Perhaps. But why take a picture of her father's OPEN luggage on the floor? That picture just confused the heck out of me as to the purpose of taking THAT particular photo with daughter (and no son) sitting on the sofa behind it. I still smell an ulterior motive...lol

Fascinating picture! What would have been the point? Anyone venture a guess? Why take a picture of a sloppy room, open suitcases, (is there a missing top drawer too?) and only the daughter? Hmmmm Good question about the luggage. Seems to me that this picture was staged to make a point...

From the email: The email says Sky is alive, but suffering from "shock and mentally unstable." The writer then demands $25,000, "if you sure want your child back alive." Mentally unstable? A 2 year old? Obviously a scam and the author should certainly be arrested. Shame on that person for...

Maybe LE will do just that at a certain point in their investigation. I would imagine that she will be charged with child neglect at the very least. Perhaps LE is waiting to get their paperwork in order to see what else will be included. Spending a few days in jail for child neglect might...

I was just trying to get into her head...lol Seriously though, in this day and age, it is difficult or near impossible to survive on one income, whether the couple is together or not. Assuming he pays child support, and unless he makes the big bucks, she would still need additional income...

Does anyone know if she does or has ever held a job outside of the home? How does she support herself and her children? I had read that the family was having financial difficulties and yet owned a home and a condo? I assume she receives child support payments from her ex-husband.

Oh I completely agree with you there. Use her current mental state and play her like a fine violin...lol The police detectives are trained for this and, even if we aren't hearing about it, surely there is a nice female police detective who is offering her a sympathetic ear and a comforting...

Under normal circumstances, yes. However if my child was sick and I was rushing him to the hospital, I would grab the blanket and forget the shoes (probably forget my own shoes as well....lol). But I would grab my purse which has my ID, cash and a cell phone all in one place.

His would have to use his words very carefully to convince her. No, he should not suggest that Julie lead the police to his son because that would imply that Julie is lying about the "kidnapping" and that would also implicate her in an accusation that she knows where his son is. I doubt she...

That would be funny if she tried that. While she was away, someone took her child and, in exchange, put two gallons of gas in her tank - and nobody saw all that going on...lol Nope. I don't think she will use that one. It would not pass the smell test.

Yes, they would. I would certainly expect them to hold back some information including the fact that Mommy is not a suspect at this time.
