    They are condos that were previously apartments, now for sale...if I am thinking of the same ones (yellow), then I think there is a privately owned house before you get to JG's, as well as a driveway that leads down to the brick apartments that have access to GV.

    Yes, the houses between Oberlin and JG's house I believe are rentals, including the one which had the break-in. Regarding those on the far side of Oberlin...I'm not sure which you mean.
