What do you think: they stated that the victims were on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Does that mean the 2 unharmed roommates were asleep on the first floor and heard/saw nothing? Or did they come home after the crime was committed? Do you have any sense of this from what we know so far?
I would expect he'd at least have been charged with having the remains on his property even if they didn't know whose they were. That's at least enough to hold him until an ID is made. Then, they can work on more serious charges.
Just wondering why the divorce was filed in Clark County when Goldendale is is Klickitat County...? Were they separated, and DH filed where he was living, perhaps? (Vancouver is in Clark County.)
Also don't understand how/why Jessica left two kids alone in a motel on the Oregon Coast - you go...
I'm just wondering ... how common is it for pilot to have his own flight simulator in his home? I would think they would do their training at an airline facility instead, but I really have no idea. And a flight simulator can't be cheap, either...? Which then makes me wonder, did he buy it or was...
I know this is an old thread, but I ran across it as I was browsing serial killers. My husband was one of the press at Dodd's execution, though he did not witness it firsthand. He interviewed some of the anti-death penalty protestors and just about froze to death in a car without a heater. It's...
This is from November but also confirms that she is still missing:

There's this from craigslist, too, which is within the last week or so:

I don't have the detailed knowledge of this case that many of you have, but I'm wondering if it's too late to collect DNA from everyone who touched the body during the investigation and rule them out? Did someone say something (semen?) was found in her panties? If that belongs to the father or...
Her car was found in Garden City (across the river from Boise)

The age doesn't sound right, but this is the first thing that came to mind:

But then, this might be too long ago to apply to the remains just found. Didn't see any estimation of how long they had been there...
???
Old Steve, I never thought of the hypothetical angle. I don't have any family where I live, and if I disappeared and my husband didn't report it . . . I guess the first inquiries would come from work. They would call him and if he didn't answer then I'm not sure what they would do. They might...
ABout this 'got married June 30' thing on her Facebook - does anyone know if she had been married in the past? Because I've noticed with some of my friends when they are filling in their information, sometimes they will put in a date for an event and it will come up looking like it happened this...
If he was from Canada he must have had some reason to be in Oregon.. friends, family, job...? He didn't go there for wilderness... there's tons more wilderness in Canada than in the US.

This is mostly older info from a message board on this case, but still interesting.
I searched Mike Dauber in the Idaho Judiciary website, and there is only one recorded case, a small claims suit from 2011-- assuming it's the same...
I know this is an old thread, but this case has long intrigued me. I have one concern about the woman who had the marriage certificate - supposedly they were married in Twin Falls, Idaho and Glen had a home near there. Why would they have brought the marriage certificate on a rafting trip? Which...
My first thought was that eventually DeDe would give up Terri; after all, how long would you cover for a friend, with all this pressure on YOU? But then, the fact that she pled the 5th so many times tells me she's in deeper than just knowing about it. Think about it. If I had a friend whose...
