There are no recent missing persons matching the UID's description, perhaps this guy, Mitchel Weiser, is a good match, Dotr. I like the ring on the pinky.
Well if it is him, he is now an unidentified murderer because they still haven't id'ed the dna of the killer. Although they do look alike, the height is way off.
