I saw elsewhere that Oregon law states that step children cannot be separated in divorce excluding some overriding reason. Trying to find more information on that though.
I can find a better source, but I recall seeing it on her facebook that day, before she went private.

It keeps starring out the address. I will try and find a better link.
I am not sure. I think something is off about the gym though. The fact that she went there in the morning, when baby was supposedly not feeling well, and would have been placed in daycare (and I doubt they watch sick children), and her status later in the day that she was hitting the gym again.
I am thinking, she is saying she went to the gym twice that day? Paired with her facebook comment of "Hitting the gym" that afternoon is odd. I will try to find the times, but she is saying she went to the gym 11:20-12:20, then again about 5 pm?
What is getting to me about the email, is that she drove around to get her daughter to sleep, then went to the gym and put her daughter in their care. Maybe it is the "fretful" mom in me, but if my child were not well, I would keep her at home. I don't even think they would take a "sick" child...
So, if the map is correct, he would have been seen by the "front" door, near the parking lot?

what TH said happened at the school that morning? Do you think they were really at school? If so, for what amount of time?
And, how much do you give to what Kyron's friend said, considering investigators asked that the grandmother not have the child speak to the media?
snip the first...
If the picture was taken the day before, the last outfit he was seen in wouldn't have been the CSI shirt. I wonder if that came out in the lie detector somehow. But, it would still be important to know where she put the clothing.
I agree with the possibility that he maybe was never at the school. If it were a regular school day, it would have been noticed that he for sure was not there. I will have to think about this a bit more.

Could someone figure out the date that it says on the whiteboard? It looks more like June 3.
To me, if she was allowed to go on lying, as KH has said she is a dishonest person, she probably thought she was good at it, and could get away with it.
I haven't been reflecting on the case as much lately, but sitting here, the story with the "least resistance" to me, is that TH and DD are together, and maybe wanted a family together. It would explain the MFH plot. But, maybe she realized, it was not likely she could keep Kyron in that case...
The thing that is confusing to me, was it the last day of school?

This article says parents were keeping their children home, but this one now says it was the last day, so the appt would...
I am thinking in two different directions. Who leapt at the chance to take advantage of the science fair? This is a crime where the opportunity came up, and someone took the chance, but who?
One: Kyron never left school. Someone had noticed Kyron, and was waiting for him to separate from...
