Hollywood Ripper Michael Gargiulo is found guilty in fatal stabbings | Daily Mail Online
I am so happy to see this verdict of guilty! His first victim in Glenview Illinois was the girlfriend of one of my coworkers. Horrible situation. I was even interviewed by the cops because I think they were...
I am in a neighborhood in Kane County (Carpentersville) I don't know anything about a lake house. There are houses behind us that sit on ponds, but not sure I'd call them a "lake house."
Just found out that it appears as though Beth's purse was found behind a house a few doors down from me. I don't know anything else. Apparently they found her white purse. I don't know much else but there were a lot of police over there last week and there is crime scene tape. Someone was doing...
I have seen this in several cases. The worst thing they could do is to rush into an area like that and risk compromising any evidence. They must do things very methodically. My guess in this case is awaiting on a warrant, or perhaps specialized equipment.
Sorry if the term "junkie" isn't suitable, but I get it. They are human beings too. However, I simply use the term because many of them also use the term. It's an ugly term, but suitable and descriptive. Persons who cannot stop filling their bodies with "junk." I'm a recovering food "junkie" myself.
Whatever. Let's leave it. I just don't think the topic of this whole thread is about how difficult the life of an addict is. This thread is about a little boy who was likely died at the hands of his drug addled parents who had no business raising these children.
Honestly, I think we both agree...
But everything you posted after saying you weren't defending them, was, simply by virtue of the subject at hand, defending them. I have watched someone I love throw their lives away though because of an addiction to opiates, and was the daughter of a lovely woman, who because of quack doctors...
I respectfully disagree. These people made a choice. As per the lawsuit, she told her kid she would kill herself if he left her (obviously a lie.) She told the cameras all she had were her kids. She knowlingly takes drugs and refuses to offer her children, who she is supposed to love a better...
Perhaps a little wishful thinking on my part, but after I read about the horrible conditions the oldest son lived in, I'm wondering if someone spirited him off somewhere, maybe even the older brother? Well, unfortunately, that wouldn't make sense, as they would have taken the younger boy as...
Hey Everyone! Been a while since I've been on here, but this local story is breaking my heart. It also hits close to home because my niece is a heroin addict with a long history of bad situations. Even that said though, she's never hurt her children or left them in any kind of dangerous...
I've pondered this case for two decades like so many others. But after lots of consideration and looking back on it all now there is only one logical explanation to this entire mess and it is precisely what it seems. Someone in that family killed her and staged it to look like a kidnapping. I...
Random thoughts (just catching up)
The door-is it possible that the door was kicked open by the perps and then ultimately removed by LE for a complete forensic analysis?
Could Jayme have escaped on foot from the home and then chased and ultimately found and killed?
Does anyone know the...
As a resident of the Chicago suburbs I have been following the case a bit, but not closely. One thing I am completely troubled by is the fact that every single news report I have seen thus far has indicated that the officer is white and the victim was black. Is there even a scintilla of evidence...
