Abby & Libby - The Delphi Murders - Richard Allen Arrested - #208

Like everyone else, I have been frustrated about the lack of firsthand knowledge. I don’t completely trust anyone else’s interpretations, so it is hard to get a handle on the facts. However, based on the facts from the trial, I don’t really see how anybody is doubting RA’s guilt. He admitted...

CO CO - Kelsey Berreth, 29, Woodland Park, Teller County, 22 Nov 2018 - #16 *ARREST*

deleted because it was already examined and debunked. I should have known!

    Trial - Ross Harris #7

He could have absolutely made it more likely that he forgot his son, but I think, if he did plan this, he didn't think he would be accused of anything. Just like in the video he saw (IIRC), it would be looked into briefly and then categorized as a tragic accident. To me, this could explain why...

    Trial - Ross Harris #7

You may be right about the implicit argument, although, again, it wouldn't sway me. It would be the totality of the direct evidence. I'm not as bothered as others with how much they have discussed the sexting, as it is one of the charges, and the state has a responsibility to call witnesses...

    Sorry, double post.

    Trial - Ross Harris #7

I wouldn't buy that as an argument. However, my feel is that the state is trying to show that none of the people thought RH was capable of cheating to the extent he did, yet there is solid evidence that RH shocked almost all of them with the extent of his infidelity. The state is saying the same...

    Trial - Ross Harris #7

Stoddard testified that the ME said preliminary report believes before noon. at approx 1:01:00 mark on the PC Hearing video. BBM. Isn't the whole point of a preliminary medical report that it is subject to change? I know we have seen cases in the past where the details changed from the...

    Trial - Ross Harris #6

100% agree! I think some other "suspicious" things (his demeanor at the scene) were a bit overblown, but it doesn't take away from the many truly suspicious aspects of the case. One by one, you could explain away a weird thing here or a jarring thing there, but, put together, the evidence is...

    Trial - Ross Harris #6

It seems that both LH and lawyers on both sides were emphasizing how RH cared about how he was perceived. So, yes, he could have left his wife and child, but how would that have made him look? It would have shone a very ugly light on him, especially if his sexting and other unsavory behaviors...

    Trial - Ross Harris #4

We keep circling around 2 different issues: 1. What, if anything, is he morally/ethically guilty of? 2. What, if anything, is he legally guilty of? For #1, I'm not sure. I don't know if he intended it, although it does, at least, seem like a possibility. But I think there is no doubt that he is...

    Trial - Ross Harris #2

Not necessarily. As others have said, Ross was mainly concerned with himself. If he decided to kill Cooper (and I'm not saying he did), he didn't choose this method because he hated Cooper and wanted to see him suffer. Ross chose it because he thought he wouldn't be charged/legally blamed. I...

Found Deceased PA - Lindsey Piccone, 21, Tyler State Park, 6 Sept 2016

That's very specific. Did something happen in terms of work or school? Or maybe she had some personal circumstances that she was afraid her family wouldn't understand. Either way, it is encouraging that the family is reaching out directly to her this way.

Found Deceased PA - Lindsey Piccone, 21, Tyler State Park, 6 Sept 2016

I agree that suicide is likely the concern. Maybe she left a note or something. I live locally, and the park is huge. I teach at the campus it is near, and we got an alert this morning that students and faculty aren't allowed in the park for the near future, which is very unusual.

    Found Alive TX - Christine Woo (fnd dec'd), 39, & 3 kids, Frisco, 28 March 2016

I've been looking for news on this one, but I was hoping for a medical reason for her death. So sad. A few thoughts: 1. Was she trying to give the kids one last good time with Mommy? If she hadn't drugged them, as some have speculated, they were just awake in the car as she died? How awful...

OH - Three students killed in Chardon High School shooting, 27 Feb 2012

That is terrifying. I hope they catch him soon. He is disgusting.

    Premeditated Theory

I really like your analysis of his character. It makes a lot of sense to me. It does seem to me that if a person like that did decide to commit murder, this is the kind of murder he would plan. He doesn't have to actively do anything except walk away, and he can keep his all-important image...

GUILTY TX - Six Stay family members slain in their Spring home, 9 July 2014

Sheriff's Sgt. Thomas Gilliland described the man as in his 30s with a beard "and cool as a cucumber." He said that when he and other officers approached, the man was "just sitting in his car looking out at us." Link...

    LeAnna (Mom) #1

I could kind of understand LH not wanting to see the body. I think I would need to see my kid to believe it, but others just can't handle seeing their child like that. It is unusual, but not suspicious, IMO. I also don't find the "I wouldn't bring him back" comment weird only because they are...

GA - Suspicion over heat death of Cooper, 22 mo., Cobb County, June 2014, #4

Of course you have a right to have an opinion about daycare, and it makes no difference to me. Judge away. However, using the use of daycare as a barometer for how much someone cares about their child is an incredibly ineffective one. That is my opinion, directly about the case. I think evidence...

GA - Suspicion over heat death of Cooper, 22 mo., Cobb County, June 2014, #4

Plenty of "cherished babies" go to daycare, mine included. They are not "dumped" anywhere. They are placed in a daycare that is chosen after tons of research and work. The choice to use daycare has absolutely nothing to do with the devotion of parents; there are plenty of amazing parents who use...
