Found Deceased Australia - Elisa Curry, 43, Aireys Inlet, Melbourne, 30 Sept 2017 #2

Personally I think the clothing is more likely to belong to the beachgoer who discovered the body. Or was sitting close by.

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 18th June - Trial Day 6, Week 2

Unless his argument is that he'd forgotten to plug it in and Allison must have. I'll do that for hubby sometimes if he forgets. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    GUILTY Australia - Jill Meagher, 29, Melbourne, 22 Sep 2012 #6

Off topic but I was talking to a family member who worked extensively within the prison system. He thinks Bayley will be given an alias and secretly moved to an interstate prison. I wasn't aware this happened and was quite shocked! His face has been splashed everywhere though so I'd imagine its...

    GUILTY Australia - Jill Meagher, 29, Melbourne, 22 Sep 2012 #6

I also felt the need to hear the words 'life without parole'. But then I sat back and thought through the possible thoughts of the sentencing Judge. Bayley confessed (albeit backed into a wall), lead police to Jill's body & then pled guilty. Bayley and his like would only do these things if...

Malcolm Naden was sentenced today, life with no parole. Hopefully we see tougher sentencing.. http://www.news.com.au/national-news/nsw-act/malcolm-john-naden-to-learn-his-fate-in-court-today-after-admitting-killing-two-women-after-seven-years-on-run/story-fnii5qqu-1226663563802

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #46

3 boys died in a street I lived in in the Whitsundays a few years ago. The roadside tribute wasn't too bad but kids used to congregate in big groups in the gutter around it, leaving cans & stubbies and blocking the driveway of the family who lived there. It's a tricky balance allowing people a...

Holy cow! Is this real??? From what I can see there is quite literally NOTHING on MSM about this! Weird!

Devils advocate alert...my 3 year old skypes family members all the time. Once he grabbed the iPad with Skype up and walked into the bathroom when I was having a shower! Awkward! If family live o/s I'd expect them to use it often. I can see a child calling 'uncle Adam' for some tlc at a bad...

It could be said he went berserk when he found out a family member had 'done away' with his precious wife. He had a fight with them and was scratched up, but agreed to cover up or them... It's ridiculous, but I'd put nothing past him.

I wonder why. Would this potentially change after sentencing? So much of that interview has already been widely reported.

I think it's a pretty good assumption to make. http://sheis.net.au/olivia-walton/ Before everyone's fb pages were set to private she made her religious feelings quite clear regularly. I'm not suggesting everyone 'religious' is without sin, but I'd say its safe to assume she has lived her...

I remember that from a play I watched once. The lamb leg was the murder weapon. Very clever!

I feel so horrible for his parents too. They tried. Can you imagine reporting our own son? Then to find out he's the monster who killed lovely Jill? They must have been watching the news with bated breath. Their lives are destroyed too. So much unnecessary destruction this man has caused.

OT sorry, but reports are that Bayley will change his plea to murder, admitting to murdering Jill Meagher. http://www.news.com.au/national-news/jill-meaghers-accused-killer-adrian-ernest-bayley-expected-to-change-plea-to-guilty/story-fncynjr2-1226612460505

They do. There have been regular sightings of them around Kenmore with the girls. In fairness, if they aren't involved, I'm sure they love their grandchildren.

Oh and regarding the gloves. I keep a box in the kitchen for handling chicken (ewwww yuck!). They get pretty brittle and I can see them breaking quite easily.

I'm not sure about the timeline. What time did Allison get home from the hair dressers (approx)? Why would he text Allison if he was either sitting next to her on the couch or expecting her home any minute? Is it just me or is that a bit hinky?
