Are both Ron and Misty still in Jail?

Theres an update on this case. Last week a state appeals court says Mark Jensen was properly convicted. Now they will have to appeal to the Supream Court. There is also a website for the defence now. Marks parents are the contacts for it. http://www.markjensenlegaldefense.com/

I still know Ron had nothing to do with this. Joe has been the number one suspect from day one for me. I think LE just said he was cleared to try to get him to let his guard down. I have always thought that he threw that child into the river because of the gators there.

Joe is the guy that did this. Misty and Tommy both know and did nothing to help that child. She was thrown in the river. Exaclty what I have said from the very start of this case. Why is this still not solved? I figered out this case in one week.

AMEN! I just heard the news, so I'm a little behind. I hope this takes him off the streets of the world forever.

I think every single person in Satsuma has been on that list. I'm glad they have it narrowed down to two people now.

I'm sticking to my story from the beginning. Ron did not know what happened that night. He did not take part in the loss of his child. He loved that little girl. He is not father of the year....but no way did he have something to do with this. Misty and Joe have always been my number one...

I don't think the Cinder blocks will give them much info. They are everywhere. If that child was put in that river I don't think there is even ione little trace of her left to be found. I said from the beginning of this case that there are gators there....big ones. Those nasty things eat...

I still do not think Ron is guilty of harming that child in any way. The police want answers and Ron simply has none to trade...thats why he said he was going to prison. Now as for Misty....I hope they get something from her, I am sure she knows ALOT more then she ever said, but I don't think...

There is always the facts of the case. I would accept that he had something to do with it if there were real facts to prove it. Having an Attorney, does not mean anyone is guilty. He is well within his rights, I don't find fault with that. Trouble is, you just don't really know what facts LE...

If we looked at every single person in this case we would be able to find a lie that each and every one has told. Ron, Misty, Crystal, Art, Cobra, Kim, ......the list seems never ending. It makes them a bunch of liers....it does not mean they all had anything to do with the crime that took...

I'll agree he has made many goofy moves. I don't know why. I guess he is just not too smart. A lot of people involved in this case have said and done many stupid things. However nothing Ron has done leads me to think he has done anything to his daughter.....or that he even knows what happened...

I think the actions of every single person that has had any involvment with any of the players in this case can be questioned. Still, there is just nothing but speculation.

I still do not belive for one second Ron ever did anything bad to that child. I have said from the beginning that I think it is all on Misty. She did something to that child, then someone helped her get rid of the body in the river near there, where there are many large Gators.
