Ok that was funny. During the interview with Flanagan; he said Murray led an exemplary life for 56 years and one of the commentators said "then he killed Michael". LOL Flanagan asking someone to get rid of those people ...... LMBO - he is outta there.

Probation DENIED!!!! I sure hope the Sheriff keeps his butt in jail!!!!! ETA: Court ordered restitution to the estate, the children and his mother - at a later restitution hearing - will determine amount. Needs more detail within 120 days ETA: Scheduled Monday, January 23, 2012.

I LOVE this Judge. He fully gets what happened here and recognizes CM's arrogance and lack of remorse. Wonder if CM practices voodoo. He sure is giving JP the "evil eye"

Horrific violation of trust when referring to the surreptitiously recording of MJ at his most vulnerable time. :( CM betrayed his patient.

I think Chernoff's sentencing statement was as lackluster as the defense of CM during this trial and that is because there is absolutely NO defense.

Paraphrased: Judge Pastor not only read Dr. Murray's "book of life" but he also read the book of MJ's life. The most significant chapter of MJ's book and this case is directly attributable to Dr. Murray. CM violated his HO and those violations overcome the good deeds he may have done before...

IIRC he has two older children by his wife that he is cheating on.

Walgren: Sentencing should take into account his actions before, during and after MJ's death (especially all of his lies and cover up) !!!! "I don't feel guilty because I did not do anything wrong" ~CM :maddening:
