Not fee'ing nua either. Once we get more facts then we'll see. Done some sleuthing but not much coming up. Certainly nothing that would implicate nua's gf.

According to the mail NUA left the country on the 19th for Christmas recently returning. So that would mean that either a. the body had to have been dumped the weekend of the 17th, or b. he had an accomplice. The Daily Mail has been told that he left Britain for Holland to spend Christmas with...

I'm sure you all haven't noticed - but I haven't posted for a couple of days as recent developments have left me flummoxed tbh. An arrest, but still no real information to be able to make any judgements, inductions. More questions than answers for me. So NUA is a suspect. What have his...

Hmmm. I think that's a bit unfair tbh. Whilst many felt GR was the most likely suspect/perp, most also considered amongst others RS, MW neighbours etc. With the little info to hand, it wouldn't have been wise to rule out all options.

From the Daily Mail article: 'As part of the statement released to confirm the arrest this morning, police gave a firm instruction to media outlets covering the case. It read: 'Proceedings are active and everyone is reminded of the Contempt of Court Act and therefore you will understand that...

A news article about the flat being surrounded by tarpaulin. http://swns.com/tarpaulin-put-around-jo-yeates-and-neighbour-vincent-tabaks-flats-201315.html No mention of who has been charged. Now we wait.

I wonder who that 3rd man in the photos with LORP and PS (is that his initials?) was. Just a thought in light of the arrest plus the possible additional surprise that might come out of all this. I don't have those photos to hand to compare.

On one of the earlier threads someone mentioned foreign students living in the block. I remember it being brushed aside. hands full (can barely get caps going :banghead:) so won't be able to dig out reference. This bit is a hazy recollection...but they liveed in the other basement flkat...

Likely to do with not wanting to prejudice the trial. The law doesn't just cover traditional media, would extend to the ninternet and sites like this too. Let's bear this in mind as we post. An arrest has been what we've all been hoping for, let's be concious of not affecting the trial...

I think any posts naming VT should be removed. We don't know yet if it's him that's been arrested on suspicion of murder let alone been charged. I'd say let's tread carefully and focus on setting out the events as they might have happened, rather than pointing fingers... The post about text...

Very salient point. One of the strongest points of reasoning I've seen so far. Re. the Mirror, I hope possible killing in a 3rd venue is not the new evidence. That would be very underwhelming.

I'm on edge about the new evidence that's come to light. I can't wait for the b*******d to be nailed. It's also very sad though that while we get to carry on with our normal lives, with a sense of satisfaction that justice has been done (although don't get me started on the criminal justice...

Got this wrong. I don't think it's been confirmed anywhere whether or not she was wearing her coat when found, therefore we can't know for sure yet.

Not sure of the link but I'm sure it's been confirmed she was found wearing her coat. I'll look back.

As far as I'm concerned, the evidence (little we have so far) and 'instinct' based on body language etc that it's GR is very compelling for me. So much so that I'm trying to focus my mind on altenative possibilities to avoid getting blinkered .
