Maybe LE have forensic evidence in the house and car, ie secretions from a corpse that points them in the direction that this investigation is going.

Does anyone know if NUA or his GF owns a vehicle? Also IMO the LE will hold NUA for as long as possible giving them time to gather as much evidence as possible and cross reference his answers All JMO

Interesting developments today.. JY never ate the pizza GR seems to have strong alibi The cider made it back to the flat(but did the pizza?) The police/family seem sure its someone JY knows (and trusts) If the murder took place in the flat, did someone try to set up GR? If the body was...

I agree with you I feel he must have come back and something happened. Everything seems to point at GR for me and has done from day one!!

What is the possibilty of sitting a body upright in a front seat then fastening the seat belt and driving off in the night unnoticed by other drivers or pedestrians??? after all this has been done before and would also explain why no fibre transfer in boot of vehicle?

And the Cider?? She went to the car without boots on? And the police are convinced she returned home?? More likely he returned to the flat but the moving of the body is the risky part??

Hi Pipkins Good point! Exactly! So therefore how does he get the body into a ford Ka without risk of being noticed? Obviously he would have been in panic mode, adrenalin rushing but big risk being taken moving the body to the car at that time on a Friday evening albeit a relatively short...

If he touched the packaging or box that doesnt neccessarily put him in the flat on Friday night after all he could have just placed it in fridge when he came back on Sunday night Now if the pizza had been eaten/shared that would have meant DNA discovery for LE (and would put perp in the flat...

Cider and pizza.... Why did the perp move the pizza yet not the cider? If the flat had been tidied by the sunday, why leave the opened cider? thoughts please

Reasons why the body wasn't moved 1 too heavy - dead body in a frozn state 2 no motive to move body - if he could have made it disappear forever then yes 3 risk of contamination soil etc 4 no time 5 fear - too risky and after 19th would have been under surveillance 6 confident in alibi

Ok here's my theory.. BF sets off(has already filled tank up and has receipt), gets call from brother or vice versa (progress check) Because the snow set in from the north that day, skiing is muted for the weekend, BF turns back - for skis (possibly may also have forgotten phone charger and his...

That's because she didnt have them on and the perp wouldnt have made the connection to put them on - For me it smacks of a quick exit, didnt even go back for the bag etc just wanted away What i'd like to know is was the door locked or on the latch wnen the bf returned

Hi new here I think Robin Hood makes some astute points as do other posters. A few things though to ponder When the body was found, did the police take tyre/footprints from the snow, they wont be great quality but important. For me, the vehicle definitely approached from the south...
