the problem with this is how does he know she going to the flat when she appears not to have decided herself by the content of her calls and texts
or is he privy to some info that allows him to know when she will return

would agree with that
unless they bring in 3 specialists who say hes a complete nutter ...or he can prove that he knew her very well and it was a crime of passion
or he gets up and says id like to plead not guilty and challenge the evidence which seems very very unlikely
the suggestion from some is that VT knew her from quite a time before and has links to the beast917 posts saying an incident had occurred that pointed to this
one of the problems with this is that tweets and reports are not complete and it appears that some statements are removed or not reported
eg I definitely heared a report that a witness at the ram pub said she appeared bored and was sending texts
I cannot find any written version of this...
this will be the crucial point ....did it only last a few seconds...the result of a loss of control / a defensive action /
or did it take longer implying a detemined effort to kill
the prosecution case is a simple narrative ..based on the fact that he has admitted killing her.....as the barrister said they have to consider his state of mind
the defence have to show that a terrible mistake caused this / he was not in his normal state of mind / or that he is a multiple...
would agree with that
I think the defence will be that there was no sexual element to this ..that it was a confrontation of a non sexual nature....
ie did they both think they were intruders ? did he have a 'lost time' episode and she bumped into him and in a trance like state he...
if the forensics presentation tomorrow is as weak as the timeline / screams one then I definitely think that VT is wishing he hadnt said / agreed to say it was manslaughter
unless the prosecution are going to return to it and produce CJ, Tanja and anyone else who can ensure their timeline...
it will be interesting to see what the defence says about that....if they say he was disturbed and stopped trying then why did he spend time covering her up with leaves
...surely just as much chance of being seen
if the duvet did come from jos flat if hes the cold premeditated psycho then why did he keep it? then again why didnt he take the body to a place where she would not be found ? then again why move the body at all if he was convinced that he had left no evidence?
is he a psycho who...
are these witnesses actually for the prosecution??
if they are supposed to be painting a picture of a cold blooded killer then they arent doing a very good job...
