GUILTY WI - Julie Jensen, 40, dies of antifreeze poisoning, Pleasant Prairie, 3 Dec 1998 *husband guilty*

Would be interesting to see if his sister keeps paying $200/month into his commissary account. What a bully, and I suspect his parents are much the same.

GUILTY WI - Julie Jensen, 40, dies of antifreeze poisoning, Pleasant Prairie, 3 Dec 1998 *husband guilty*

I sincerely hope you aren't directing this comment to me. My point was that victims often don't leave for many reasons, so Julie should not have been singled out by the defense witnesses as being "delusional". Mark was simply a pathetic excuse of a husband and man - a total narcissist. Julie...

GUILTY WI - Julie Jensen, 40, dies of antifreeze poisoning, Pleasant Prairie, 3 Dec 1998 *husband guilty*

I suspect there is at least one holdout who can't get past Julie not leaving Mark. It would have been interesting to go deeper into how and why society blames the victims of domestic abuse for not leaving obviously dangerous situations and how common it is. She stayed through years of being...

I was afraid I would be the only one who thought Jambois' rebuttal sub-par. He missed a great opportunity to do some effective rebuttal of the defense's closing. I thought MJ was guilty after first trial, and think it was proven again this time. Just hope the juror who knew the jail snitch...

GUILTY WI - Julie Jensen, 40, dies of antifreeze poisoning, Pleasant Prairie, 3 Dec 1998 *husband guilty*

Did anybody else notice the odd way Jensen looked at his sister when she was on the stand? Gave me the creeps, and I've not seen him do it to any other witness. I think she is terrified of him and probably her parents and they know it. I love my brothers, but I wouldn't be paying $200 a month...

GUILTY WI - Julie Jensen, 40, dies of antifreeze poisoning, Pleasant Prairie, 3 Dec 1998 *husband guilty*

IIRC, the boys wrote a victim impact statement supporting their dad after his conviction. When you consider Kelly LaBonte was willing to continue to date and marry Jensen apparently without questioning Julie's untimely death you get an idea how good he must be at manipulating people. I don't...

GUILTY WI - Julie Jensen, 40, dies of antifreeze poisoning, Pleasant Prairie, 3 Dec 1998 *husband guilty*

In a lot of ways I think the evidence is coming across better in this trial than the first. But then we haven't seen the defense side yet, not that I think there is anything that is going to change my opinion of his guilt.

Re-watching testimony on the post-it list in Jensen's planner I think the words are "bag hands" not "bag handles". My guess is he was going to put his hands in something like a plastic grocery bag to avoid getting his prints on anything he gave Julie. There would be no need to bag Julie's...

GUILTY WI - Julie Jensen, 40, dies of antifreeze poisoning, Pleasant Prairie, 3 Dec 1998 *husband guilty*

I hope this jury can follow this prosecution's train of thought with the video & live testimony. The previous jury was smart. They happened to lay Julie's letter and the list from Jensen's planner side by side and suddenly realized her letter was her response to everything in Mark's list...

I assumed it was about Klug's ex-wife not remembering. However, Jensen's now ex-wife Kelly also took the stand and IIRC had to read out loud all of the steamy emails between her and Jensen. I still think she (Kelly) knew what he intended to do but not sure they could prove she actively...

GUILTY WI - Julie Jensen, 40, dies of antifreeze poisoning, Pleasant Prairie, 3 Dec 1998 *husband guilty*

I love this LOL. Jensen seems to be someone who thinks he's smarter than everybody else, who enjoys manipulating people, and thinks it is fun to play with people's minds. He talked to Klug about his plans because who would believe anybody would actually tell someone and then do something so...

GUILTY WI - Julie Jensen, 40, dies of antifreeze poisoning, Pleasant Prairie, 3 Dec 1998 *husband guilty*

That seems a little harsh. She remembered what she remembered - I don't think they want witnesses reviewing their testimony in order to parrot exactly what was said before. That's a lot of years and certainly not the only thing she's experienced in all those years. Things you learn "after the...

ID - 4 Univ of Idaho Students Murdered - Bryan Kohberger Arrested - Moscow # 55

I'm old enough to remember when Richard Speck killed 8 student nurses and the lone survivor stayed hidden all night out of fear that he wasn't gone. Horrifying to think of the terror.

Finally got to watch most of the hearing. Sounded like contents of the letter was out, but that there was a letter is still in. That will be interesting. Too bad Albee isn't coming back. I admire a defense attorney who fights for his client, even when I think that client is guilty. Except for...

GUILTY WI - Julie Jensen, 40, dies of antifreeze poisoning, Pleasant Prairie, 3 Dec 1998 *husband guilty*

I watched the first trial and thought he was guilty. Now I'm totally confused - will the letter be admissible for the retrial or not? The thing that put the nail in the coffin for me was when he told the kids, who wanted him to take her to the hospital that morning before school, to wait in...

OH - Dr. William Husel accused of murdering 25 patients w/ Fentanyl Overdoses, Franklin Co, 2019 *not guilty*

My guess is they are trying to hammer out a last minute plea bargain before it goes to the jury.

I won't be on regularly for awhile - dealing with serious health issues at our house.
