So trckergd, would a cadaver dog be able to pick up a scent if Cassandra was placed in an open grave and the vault for the burial placed on top of her? Say the grave was open and waiting for the funeral the next day and she was placed in the open grave and covered with dirt. I just wonder why...

Latrobe is in Southwestern PA, about 35 miles east of Pittsburgh. Her apartment complex is about 3 miles east of where her dog was found...I'm from the area. It would be tough for her little dog to get that far along Route 30. Its a busy highway.

I have family in Stuart and my parents are in Jupiter. They are planning on riding it out..I'm very worried. Both said unless you fly out there is no place to drive to get away. Good luck and stay safe!
