New here - I am a IT guy/Analyst by trade. I have never been much of a code breaker but this one caught my eye. Mainly because as I read it it seemed like some of it made sense. The first thing that caught my eye was 99.84.5 being a IT guy I thought IP address. But it was a little short...- littleboyworm
