I've been following the Beverly Carter case. The Graham case went into too many different threads for me to keep up, so I just watch the news for updates. Wish I had some suggestions for you.

Checking in. I miss the maturity of the people on this thread. I wonder daily if there is any news of an upcoming trial. And I think of Erin's family and of Jon and wonder how all are doing.

His attorney can and probably will be contacted. That attorney, also, may have a local (Galveston County) attorney meet with JM and represent him before extradition.

I agree with you, Amy. That's the view I have taken all along in this case. Not that he's innocent, not that he's guilty. I'm waiting. We have a missing girl that needs to be found. If this man was the last to see her then he must have the answers needed. If he was not the last to see her? Then...

Of course, I was thinking of getting there from Galveston.....I had Galveston stuck in my head because that's where they kept saying he had been arrested. He definitely could not have made it all the way to Galveston. I don't know anything about the 124 to 87 route. Forgive?

Has anybody considered the possibility that he was unaware of the felony charges because he was on the road? If he turned himself in as someone said, again, there is the possibility that he just became aware of them & called his attorney. Just wondering. When I'm on the road, I never go inside...
