VA - Amy Bradley - missing from cruise ship, Curacao - 1998 #3

Bringing this forward. This link leads to a page without much on it, but if you go back a page, there are several topics covered, including matching up the AV models with missing women. Also, so glad you’ve taken interest in Amy’s case! It’s haunted me for a long, long, time.

VA - Amy Bradley - missing from cruise ship, Curacao - 1998 #3

Mr. Renner, there was a website about Amy that was hosted by a friend of the family (I believe it was the poster who was a verified insider here, “Find Amy”). Anyway, I don’t have the link now, but there were some of these photos that were “matched up” with missing young woman. Some of them, to...

MT - Dustin Kjersem, 35, killed while camping, 911 caller thought bear attack, sheriff says murder, Oct. 12, 2024

Wondering if he was on drugs... So strange. There are so many animals of the two-legged kind out there these days.

CA - Court upholds Menendez brothers' convictions

Thanks for this, Otto. I can add that I lived through the 90's, and many victims of sexual abuse, parental and otherwise, came forward during this time. Due to the nature of sexual abuse, certainly there were victims who didn't report it, just like there are today, but I find it incorrect that...

VA - Amy Bradley - missing from cruise ship, Curacao - 1998 #3

Wow. Just watched the AD interview. I didn’t find him believable at all. I think he really hurt himself. A point about the JR video where he talks about interviewing the Cruise Director, who relays information he says he gleaned from the FBI regarding palm prints on the deck railing and heel...

CA - Court upholds Menendez brothers' convictions

I just looked them both up and I see both views for both diagnoses. Some say psychopaths are born that way, some say they develop into psychopaths, and some say a combination. Ditto sociopaths. I’d link, but there are so many opinions out there, I think it’s moot.

CA - Court upholds Menendez brothers' convictions

I agree with the concept that you describe, that victimization isn't just about physical power, etc. I do, though, disagree that it describes the situation of either brother. I can certainly believe that "grown men feared his father", in a certain sense, in that people with certain...

CA - Court upholds Menendez brothers' convictions

But those are the cases that were "decided" to have been fabricated. It's my contention that quite a few cases are fabricated, that aren't reflected in the numbers here.

CA - Court upholds Menendez brothers' convictions

I don't know if Lyle was a psychopath or not, and I don't know if he was abused or not. I do know, however, just in general, that 8 year-olds are perfectly capable of claiming, falsely, many things, including sexual abuse. I'm not arguing here to say that this is the case in this situation...

GUILTY FL - Sarah Boone, 42, charged with murdering boyfriend Jorge Torres, 42, by leaving him locked in suitcase, Winter Park, Feb 2020 #3

Late to the party here, but when I tried to google videos/texts showing her being abusive, the most I found was a video showing him beating a TV with a baseball bat, which was described in the headline as evidence that he was a violent person. Can anyone point me in the direction of videos that...

    NV NV - Steven Koecher, 30, Henderson, 13 Dec 2009 - #22

Interesting thought. Especially if that someone was already on edge or something, he might jump to conclusions. Certainly, likely looked unlike their usual compatriots.

Support for Kate Middleton, Princess of Wales

Wow. Extremely well received, apparently. Lots of glowing coverage about the “emotional” video. The Waleses are certainly “modernizing” the Monarchy, but in their own way, which is to say thoughtfully done, without throwing the baby out with the bath water.

I've never had the feeling that there was anything different about the last stop. I haven't read anything to indicate that. My thoughts have always been along the lines that BB was a bad actor, and associated with other bad actors. The whole "business" that he was involved in was unsavory...

Japan - Miyazawa family of 4 murdered, Setagaya, Tokyo, 30 Dec 2000 #3

From Nic's post above: "I think it's quite possible the car stayed behind in Japan (with his family) after he left." Well, this answers the biggest stumbling block I've had in regard to the Yakota POI: What would be the likelihood of this kid suffering a signal emotional event, so severe...

Japan - Miyazawa family of 4 murdered, Setagaya, Tokyo, 30 Dec 2000 #3

Thanks for that perspective, Cryptic! I do know that years ago, non-service folks could easily drive onto this base. It's only been in the last few years that there's been a bit of a crackdown on security. We can still enter, but you have to drive to a building a few blocks from the main gate...

Japan - Miyazawa family of 4 murdered, Setagaya, Tokyo, 30 Dec 2000 #3

Cryptic, it’s interesting that you bring this up. I know very little about military bases, but a few days ago we were driving around an area that we thought was quite a ways from a nearby base. We were stunned to realize that the property extended seemingly miles from the main gate, out into...

    NV NV - Steven Koecher, 30, Henderson, 13 Dec 2009 - #22

Sadly, I think Steven departed this earth a few minutes or hours after he was captured by security camera on Evening Lights, and his remains will not be found in this lifetime.

Pretty much everything we’ve learned about SK would be compatible with this scenario. He was described as “a little naive”, or similar verbiage. He was also hard up for funds, and the pharmacy business that BB was involved in could easily be described as being “technically not legal”, but not...
