I could be wrong (I would have to go back and look at the news reports that discussed this) but I believe that she is in an LPN program at the local CC. I am currently in school for LPN with plans for a BSN... Sometimes the waiting list for RN programs can be years and it helps to start...

Interesting perspective but I would kidnap (not really) an RN or BSN that is no longer in school for medical care... This is a stalking and obsession issue IMO (600 friends on FB in a town of 2500!). Does anyone know how long she has been in this LPN program?

At this point, I doubt nothing... A man who went missing was found in NH today--across the street from his abandoned car. Searchers "missed" his body. This seems to happen all too often, and I think that although large groups of searchers can be beneficial, they can also be harmful.
